Ugh. Not this thread too. Is Allegri the greatest coach that ever lived? Absolutely not. He has serious limitations and his pragmatism, tactics and squad selection can be infuriating at times. However, he has still guided us to 2 CL Finals (yes, we got pasted in both) and we've won numerous doubles with him at the helm. Should he fail next season, you all have the right to shit on him all you want.

However, beating your tiny meatsicles to guys like Emery, Cunte and Chain Smoking Cancer Banker? Come the fuck on!
Why not? Let them bash Allegri in every thread, it only highlights their anger and hate and it is one of the funniest things I have ever witnessed on this forum. I encourage them to do it more.

I feel you man. Fucking Spanish teams ruining the CL every fucking year.
Honestly we only got ourselves to blame, didn’t create any clear cut chances for 180 mins. I can’t remember any and if there’s a few, it doesn’t take away the fact we didnt play well.

My biggest issue is not going out, its that our display was poor. This wasn’t the Bayern like performance me and other fans are used to.

I fear a decline is around the corner and we won’t compete for the CL in the next years.

One good counter and it is all over.
We should have taken the game to extra time. It was the worst possible time to get caught.

But honestly even if we had gone through Liverpool would have battered us with this kind of performance. Van Dijk would have absolutely no problem defending against our endless crosses.

Not to forget Mane and Salah would be running towards our defense on the counter.

Especially if Lewandowski leaves it will be a big hole to fill unless if you sign haaland.

what the hell happened to Bayern anyway? Things change so fast in football, and it seems no one is able to establish a dynasty except fuckin Real.

Bayern midfield is average and also the appointment of nagelsmann tuz favourite along with vicenzo italiano he is a young coach who likes to over complicate things.
Our midfield is certainly not average, Kimmich and Goretzka are class players.

Problem is the way Nagelsmann wants us to play.

Problem was the 3-5-2 he wanted to play yesterday.

Bayern has played a 4-2-3-1 formation for more than a decade, the formation that won us two trebles and made us a force to be reckoned with.

Suddenly Nagelsmann wants to change this to a 3-5-2 because this is the formation he used to play in Leipzig. Thing is our players are not really suited for this style, Coman and Sané will be too inverted as they have to cut in all alone and have no support from a full back.

When Bayern was best you had Lahm and Alaba overlapping Robbery all the time, this made the opponents defenders suffer as their full backs often was caught defending 1 against 2 and be driven out of position.

We demolished Barca and other opponents with this in 2012-13 and did the same in 2019-20. Being aggressive as hell on the wings.

With yesterdays line up it meant Coman and Sané would only play inverted roles as none of them are natural defenders getting to the backline, they take defenders on by cutting inside. Coman can get to the backline, but with no full back coming to support him in an overlap he was left to himself.

This meant Villareal had a quite easy time shutting us down. It also didn't make it easier Davies has been out for nearly 4 months and that Pavard is not the kind of full back we need. I guess thats why we are desperate to get Mazraoui from Ajax.

Kimmich-Goretzka average.

What does that make our midfield?

Maybe but I didnt think the midfield protected the defence as it was way too open for me any half decent counter attacking will score goals against bayern.

Hopefully, Bayern era is over

Eventually, they will beg to be a part of the super league
It kinda is over, it's been since Robbery turned old. Our current wingers are not at their level.

We won the CL in 2020, but it was a fortune with Flick who managed to squeeze something extra out of the team.

The next couple of years will show if the board will manage to rebuild and keep us relevant.
