You're right, they did win Cup Winners Cup. For some reason I forgot that.

But Juve were the one beating PSG 9-2, not them beating you.

Marseille did cheat, there's no way around it. Thats why they weren't allowed to compete in the CL the following season and why Milan took their place in the UEFA Super Cup and Intercontinal Cup.
