Now this is one stupid opinion. Premier si the best league in the world for multiple reasons. They have huge fan base, great investors, great marketing, great infrastructure and history. Overall they are 30 years ahead of serie a. Their third division football have better stadiums than serie a. And that is a big concern. If its going this way, newcastle will become first black and white club and will soner than us win champions league. Sad but figc is not in our favour.
I said one of the main reasons. Not the only reason why its popular.

And its not the best league in the world. It's the most popular.

If it was the best league in the world, they'd win CL with a greater frequency given their insane financial advantages. They don't.

It's just like why La Liga is popular more popular in South America and in countries that speak Spanish.

Yes, infrastructure in Serie A is awful and has erroded. Yes, they have awesome marketing. Some of those things were in Serie A favor not 20 years ago. Shows how quickly things can switch, especially in a digital age. There is a ton of ground to make up and its probably not going to happen.

How is that frustrating?
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy how he allows the goals through but from an observer standpoint its like "why not dive for it"

Conte:"This is the vision and the philosophy of the club. It is inevitable that if you want to grow quicker and if you want to be competitive more rapidly, you need players with a lot of experience, because they also raise the experience level of the overall team. But I repeat, I have realised now that this is the vision of the club.”
And what this has got to do with Champions League?

Conte should shut up. His team couldn’t even qualify for the Conference League knockouts.
