Because not everyone prefers end to end attacking with comical defending football. Is that not acceptable?

Its just bizzarely funny football fans are given insanely entertaining game filled with World class players going all out, lots of skill in display. Atleast 2 golazos this game.

But I browse Tuz and you guys are complaining and crying?

Yes. Because City & Liverpool are clearly the two best teams in the world atm, but Real will still somehow win the whole thing for the gazzilionth time.

Who is crying and complaining? I just said it’s fun, but I prefer watching football with a better balance between quality attacking and defending. I like games where both aspects shine. That’s just my preference. You have yours. What’s the problem?

Post Ironic prefers Venezia 0-0 Empoli game. He was actually watching Sunderland.
:lol2: touché but nah, I prefer games where defending isn’t comical. I loved watched ‘90s or mid-‘00s Serie A. That’s why we all became Juventud fans is it not? Or was there an era we all missed lol?

I’d watch our 2014-15 semifinal matches against Real over this every day of the week. I don’t enjoy watching comical defending. Give me a hard fought 2-1 with grinta and good defending every time.

Bayern 2013 treble Heynckes team was exactly that :D

Holy fuck I miss that machine.
Yeah. 100%. So was our 2014-15 team even if we didn’t have quite the same quality. And Zidane’s Real Madrid at its best too. Teams that had balance, and were class at both ends of the pitch.

Makes me wonder... Reason why there's so many defensive mistakes these days, is it something we just think/imagine or is it real? A little like we always remember how much snow there was in a winther back in the old days compared to now lol.

Anyway, it might also have to do with the game being so fast paced like never before. That way players won't have much time to react or get into positions.

I don't understand you.what do you mean by today? It's not like in 90s in the UCL they were playing 0-0 1-0

What all these teams had in common was some very agile and physically strong players that could run for days. Combined with excellent team players and the way they were set up.

What I especially liked about our 2012-13 team was the way Jupp made us good in possession when we had to dominate a game, but at the same time he let Barca had the big majority of the ball, instead we would just hit them on the counter, kill them with our overwhelming physicality/stamina and overlaps. The overlaps was exactly what they couldn't handle.

Yes also teams play a high defensive line so if you are able to beat the press then you can cause problems to the opposition.
