Had today's game occurred during that run, I have no doubt that Valverde's disallowed goal would have stood.

But we also have a bad reputation that is hunting us every year unfortunately.
Referees are probably somewhat influenced by our fake past.
Even now if you probably asked some average Joe about us, would probably say that the first thing that comes to mind regarding Juve would be corruption.
With some luck the new generations would have moved past that point.

not anymore. our penalty record was already a disgrace for an attacking team during last season, and this year didn't start too well either. i don't want to talk about conspiracies and stuff, but we most certainly aren't getting any favors in the league nowadays.
