If games have to be suspended, I have a very interesting proposal for UEFA. Once the QFs are set, play all the games @ a fixed location over a two or three week period - similar to the Euros or World Cup. There will be a lot of football, so the fans should be relatively happy, and it can be within a contained environment. Also, having the games at the same location can ensure that the virus doesn't spread.
