Probably 3rd, but it depends on who else will pass the qualifications. If Salzburg and Ludogorets make it through the qualifiers, then PSV will be in pot 4. But if only one of them won't make it, then PSV are in pot 3.
There are some other options too, but all go in favor of PSV making pot 3.

Real have been good in the past 3 seasons but they are totally beatable, when the luck goes your way it does help but other teams need to get their act together because much better teams have not won the CL than this Real team

14/15 Juve was a better team than this Real team, the level has really dropped to win the CL in recent seasons, Bayern still have an ageing squad same for Real with an old squad and Barca are just not a great CL team anymore

I used to think winning the CL you had to be this perfect team but Real have shown you just need resilience and some luck to win it

Sad that in 2 years they have won more CL than in our entire history

If they play to their level they will dominate most teams, Liverpool was one of the teams that could trouble them and they were unlucky with some ref decisions

For me they will be favourites if they can maintain form similar for this season

City will probably have a season close to what happened this year. Dominate PL big time, win it, then Pep makes them look shit in the CL because he is too stubborn to make the small changes that would make life 10x times easier for him.
