Who was the guy saying in summer 2015 that CM isn't important and CL is won with wingers and attacking fullbacks? :klin: Kiesel something kid :snoop:
Haha. I suppose now having experienced the opposite in this team, one realizes that CL is generally won by very well-balanced teams with good players in every position.

However, we don't have good fullbacks this season, seeing as Sandro has turned to shit. So we're missing good FBs and a good midfield.

Totti retires and Roma go the furthest in the CL they ever went than when he was there

Defence has been quite average in the CL as well

I'm happy for Roma and for their fans, what a game! The impossible becomes possible when you play with heart and balls, never to be afraid of who's facing you, something Juve lacks in the CL, we always come short and lose in this competition because of our tactics and too much calculation. We need someone who inspires our players and let them play without any inferiority or fear complexes, and that someone will never be Allegri, unfortunately. Forza Juve!
give credit where its due. Conte instilled belief in the broken team of the past and made them believe they can be best in Italy and made them that. But he thought they arent good enough for CL and believed they reached their ceiling.

Then Allegri took over and instilled lots of self belief in the team and had us go all the way to the final twice and for a few years we thought we were good enough to snatch results against better teams. Now it seems (but lets watch tomorrow who knows) the squad has hit another ceiling.

Would Roma's coach take us one step further in self-belief? would anyone? We simply dont know that.

How fickle can people be. Roma make a semi and now suddenly they want Di Francesco over Allegri. Calm down fucking hell.

MDS and Darmian?

Oh, and Dzeko. :delpiero:
This was probably Dzeko's best game in his career considering the importance of the tie

You're absolutely right and the fans should be grateful for both of them for bringing us back to where we belong.

I am not putting the blame on Allegri for our CL recent failures but what I am trying to say here is that we have been losing in the champions league due to our game mentality which no Juve manager (and they were many) has ever had the guts to change or revolutionize, like Sarri is doing with Napoli.

That's why I think this decision has to come from the club management (Agnelli and co), try something different. When you have players like Costa, Cuadrado, Dybala... you might have a chance of playing differently.

Isn't that understandable though? Roma is famous for having a shitty mentality in Europe but in just one season they topped their group, and engineered the most remarkable comeback in CL this season.

Nobody said they wanted EDF over Allegri, we're simply recognizing the courage Roma have shown on the field tonight, EDF is part of their success. We just wish we could have played better against Madrid and scored goals.

Because they don't have this mental block.
Yes, exactly this.

The 4-1 away wasn't really in sync with the match. Roma dominated imo, had the better chances and probably had a PK denied.

Well it seems like RM or BM will win it, disgusting clubs

Exactly. Thought we got passed it but clearly we have not.

Watch how much respect we show RM tomorrow
We have been showing respect ever since the draw, it's really disgusting. This disease is spread in the club, not only in the people, in the concrete that we own, the grass....simply everywhere.

Totally we have. How many of our players have kissed Ronaldo’s ass since the draw? Show respect AFTER the tie not before. I really wish our players wouldn’t take press questions. Leave it to Max.

It’s almost like they are waiting for CR7 to score like it’s inevitable.
