They won against a still from calciopoli damaged juventus. Won't happen again.

Those were quite the close matches btw, Chelsea wasn't exactly a bad team back then.
yep, they would have won the CL if they werent robbed against fagcelona

and they lost the final on PKs a year before against best United ever

The disrespect already all over reddit is hilarious. Suddenly, Tottenham are world-beaters and Juventus are some scrub side from outside mainland Europe.

We reached two finals in three years, won 6 straight league and we have easily a top 5 squad in the world but we fear a team that at least 5 of their starters are garbage and their bench is kind of ridiculous... yep right, only August-November Max could $#@! this, Post January Max would never have a problem with them

I would like to tear Spurs apart just to show u all how overrate Dele Alli and Kane are and the most awful game to watch it would be Juve-Manu, we would win but still it would be horrible
I get what I asked... now lets destroy those overrate players, everything depends on if we are gonna reach that game with Stupid Max or with Awesome Max in charge... thank god the last is usually the one in the UCL

That chick seems to know more about football than Owen. "Juventus mid-range team" :sergio:. Who's that guy in the middle, Kieran Dyer? Has he ever played a CL game?
Owen. What a dumbass, and they call that an expert in Engerland

Again, Because it is so funny,

Top Owen quotes:
23. "Who's bigger than Liverpool? Maybe only Real Madrid or Barcelona."

22. "When they don’t score they hardly ever win."

21. "He’s elbowed him in the head, but there's nothing in it for me."

20. "Jelavic would have scored that if he wasn't offside."

19. "It's a good run, but it's a poor run, if you know what I mean?"

18. "What a feeling it is to be a manager and bring someone on."

17. "City will come out with a fresh set of impetus."

16. "It's definitely hit Defoe's hand as it's gone in, but it's not a handball for me."

15. "That’s simple as…simple."

14. "Whichever teams scores more goals usually wins."

13. "Anichebe is just pulling off Jones, which is what I would do if I was him."

12. "You can't really grumble at the red card but it's very harsh."

11. "To stay in the game, you have to stay in the game."

10. "Blackburn have got two strikers on and they're both playing up front."

9. "I love these players with two feet."

8. "You need people who score goals. That’s how you win games."

7. "It’s hit the facial part of his head."

6. "Alderweireld played really well last year for Tottenham, let's hope he can transfer that form to
Spurs this season."

5. "That would have been a goal had it gone inside the post."

4. "When the ball is that still, it's wobbling in the air."

3. "You’re on your own out there with ten mates."

2. "That shot is impossible. I saw Yaya Toure do it once."

1. "You have to believe your own eyes, don't you?"

People like Owen make me kinda happy that roughly 1 in 3 people get cancer.

Makes at least 6 figures talking about football, has lived and breathed football his entire relevant life, and he knows fuck all about it.

I'm glad though, we can yet again deliver a dose of stfu to Prem fans. Like we did with CL champs Chelsea, and City.

If we lose this though, Allegri better pack his shit after the season's over.

It was a quote from Stan Collymore a number of seasons ago when Kieran Gibbs got wrongly sent off v Chelsea as it was Oxlade-Chamberlain that handballed on the line.

Chelsea were actually a top 2 team back then. They should've made the final that year but that infamous Barca referee Ovrebo ensured they dint make the final.

Wonder how close we could've gone in that game if Chiellini dint get sent off

That Nedved early injury wrecked us too

It doesn't help that Italy aren't participating in the world cup. That's like some extra ammunition to fire at teams like us who have an Italian core. But it seems 2 good games against Madrid has made them all arrogant and upbeat about Spurs.

We currently don't but we do have many Italian players. My point is they'll find any reason to shit at Italian teams. I bet these guys don't know the names of half our players.
True

It's not only the english though, in germany we always find a reason to shit on italian football @lgorTudor
