I'd say Juve is one of the most predictable teams out there. In a good way, meaning consistent.

Football itself is pretty unpredictable at times, but there are few teams more predictable than Juve imo

These are the bets on potential CL winners this year. Bookies certainly don't love us considering our opponent has the highest chance and Juve one of the lowest. Is our optimism blind?

I saw some who put Dortmund at 10 while Juve at 11 which makes me wonder - Who in his clear mind would say Dortmund are better than Juve? Or maybe its because they are facing Monaco which means they have a weaker hurdle than us to go through..?

I think Monaco Atl Madrid Bayern and Juve (I`m biased...) will go through
As for chances:
Monaco Dortmund 50-50 The most balanced tie IMO
Atl - Leicester 80-20 Atl will easily go through..
Bayern Real - 60-40 Bayern are favorites but Real are no pushovers
Barcelona Juve - 65-35 Barca are big favorites in terms of attack but we have a chance if we play right with great defensive display all over the pitch

If we go through and avoid meeting Bayern (If Real beat them or we manage to somehow avoid them) We can definitely go and win it as Bayern in the final can be a real fight as for Real I see us favorites and Atl might be tough but with the right tactic and instructions we can go through - Our biggest test is right now in this game - If we go through it can give us the confidence to win it all

Juve will not score 5 but will not concede 5 either...

Yes, that's exactly how odds work. Before the draw Barcelona, Real and Bayern all had similar odds to win, they were the favourites, so because Juve drew one of them our odds go up. If we were to draw Leicester for example you'd have seen our odds shorten.

Any advices on how to get tickets to one of the two games?
Agencies cost a lot.

For the game in Turin if you are a member (130 €) then you can buy tickets for regular price (range from 55€ to 190€ per ticket). The general sale started yesterday so I am not sure what prices are left.

For the game in Barcelona, I have no idea at all.

Thanks for the response Jack.

Well I am not a member, I guess that leave me with no other options but agencies. I have had a quick look at tickets listed on agencies and the cheapest cost around 2,500kr.
