We shoudl have won that game, maybe not 3-1 because dybs did a blatant dive in my eyes. But IMO we outplayed them. Were on par in the first half and we bested them in the 2nd.
Their first Napoli goal was offside but a difficult call, our penalty was nonexistent IMO, but we played better overall and wanted it more. The ref got wrong calls against both teams in the end.

If you are trying to say that im being bias towards Juve in Italy but im against the same thing in UCL with Barcelona.. is not even close. In Italy, if anything, most referees are even afraid to call penalñties in our favour because of the media backlash and the conspiracy shid. Even teams like Milan get more penalties than us. Also, the pressure that referees get in Italy in our games in nothing close o the amount of pressure, coverage and consequences related to making Barcelona not get their penalties and free kicks.
One thing is to win a game like this..and other is totally force a score like it happened today.

Is not even comparable. The amount of whinning from most teams in italy againmst us is based on ill feelings, inferiority complexes and uncalled theories just to damage Juventus. Ill not say we havent got dubious calls in the past, but what is happening with a team like Barcelona is simply out of hand.

That team has too much history and fabled players to be depending on theatrics.

When it went to 4-1 I knew it would be Barca going through because the big teams always seem to get that luck they need in the end to scrape through.

I've seen it countless times with the big teams like Real Madrid against Atletico in both finals with offside goals and last minute equalisers.

I went to take a piss on 88 mins and I had a feeling when I came back it would be 5-1 then the inevitable 6th came.

The big teams always just find a way whether it's the refs or the other team bottling it.

It's not always, but you only remember the times when it happens. The fact is they would not have won without the ref.

Some luck is indeed part of the game. that includes the referees decision.

We would be the biggest hypocrites in the world if we start to judge other teams based on that.

These mistakes go both ways. Always has done and will continue to do so until they find out how to replace the human errors that is generated through the current system.

whether some teams are more fortunate than others is another debate.

I do agree that the big teams a lot of times get favorable calls, especially in home matches where they are pressuring. But as someone mentioned earlier, pressure equals opportunities, which further increases the chance for more potential mistakes from the referees.

Everything else is secondary.

And about that great Barca spirit crap - it's much easier to get motivated to turn a game around than it is to keep focused and play well when you are seeing your big lead disappear. Everyone who has played a sport knows that.

The BIG problem with this game was PSG turning up like a bunch of scared chickens and playing completely without any balls. If they would defend properly and play with a good game-plan they would never have lost. Offcourse they are going to get pressured like a bitch in a corner when they try to park the buss from the first minutes, and voila: after that, a few decisions goes the wrong way and they were completely Fu##ed.

They played right into Barcelonas hands and have noone else to blame for that than themselves. If you want to win against Barcelona in Nou Camp you need to make the right preparations , and Unai Emery made his team fold from the first whistle.

I mean, what did he expect?

This, in my opinion is a much more deciding factor than the referee gifting a penalty. They were up 4-0 after all, not 1-0

To say Barcelona deserved to go through is a lie. Score should have ended 4-1 with Barcelona having 10 men due to Saurez's second dive. I'm sorry PSG may have contributed to their own downfall, but the fact is had Barcelona not cheated then they had would have seen them off. At 4-1 Barcelona would have been deflated with only 10 men.

Of course PSG fucked up and could have gone through despite the referee. The point is they would have qualified without the penalty and refs shouldn't change the outcome of a tie, especially when you consider how obvious that dive was.

The bold is the key thing. Barcelona didn't impress me at all. Just look at all the goals - 2 defensive fuck ups, 2 penalties and 2 free kicks. Basically PSG beat themselves with the refs help. I didn't see any "Barca magic" and that's why I don't blame PSG for defending, they just didn't do it properly, like you say.

I'm talking about a consistent pattern in getting questionable calls (i.e., having refs on their side)

I hate psg, always have, but how can't you agree that their mistakes and the ref's are independent? Only because there's a lot they can blame themselves for doesn't mean that Barca didn't qualify on the basis of a nonexistent penalty. The ref was just waiting for the tiniest contacts in the penalty area to give it to Barca.
