BBC :lol2:

We've totted up the votes already (we don't hang around here, you know) and Real Madrid have topped our poll on which side will win this season's Champions League.

The defending champions got 27% of the vote with Barcelona in second on 19% and Leicester City in third on 18%.

It's amazing what a 4-2 win over Manchester City can do for you.

By the way, Arsenal came fourth with 14% while City themselves only managed 3% of the vote, coming joint eighth with Juventus.

The full results are:

1. Real Madrid: 27%

2. Barcelona: 19%

3. Leicester: 18%

4. Arsenal: 14%

5. Borussia Dortmund: 6%

6. Bayern Munich: 5%

7. Atletico Madrid: 4%

8=. Juventus: 3%

8=. Man City: 3%

10=. Other: 1%

10=. Paris St-Germain: 1%
Arsenal above us is funny but to see Leicester 3rd and way above Juve is hilarious.. No chance Leicester go past the QF and I dont think they will get to the QF anyway..
Right now (could change) ranking should be
Barca
Real
Atl Madrid
Bayern
Dortmund&Juve
PSG
Arsenal
Other
Leicester

Dream scenario:

Benfica
PSG
Napoli
Arsenal
City
Leverkusen
Juve
Leicester
This scenario will make us favorites...

Monaco to upset City
Real to demolish Napoli
Dortmund to cruise past Benfica
Bayern to scrape past Arsenal
Juve to win both ties and qualify
Atl Madrid to qualify after drawing in Germany
Barcelona to demolish PSG
Sevilla to beat Leicester
How can you upset if you're the better team?

As we stand the favorites to progress are the bolded ones imo.

Benfica (POR) v Borussia Dortmund (GER)
Paris Saint-Germain (FRA) v Barcelona (ESP)

15 February & 7 March
Real Madrid (ESP, holders) v Napoli (ITA)
Bayern München (GER) v Arsenal (ENG)

21 February & 15 March
Manchester City (ENG) v Monaco (FRA)
Bayer Leverkusen (GER) v Atlético Madrid (ESP)

22 February & 14 March
Porto (POR) v Juventus (ITA)
Sevilla (ESP) v Leicester City (ENG)
I like that we play the same day as Sevilla and Leicester. Will probably have the game on TV :weee:

A good draw for us. Now we just need to close it out. Porto aren't scrubs. They will give us a fight, especially in their home. Porto face up very good against us in midfield and I think it is clear now we definitely need a midfielder in January.

Arsenal cam beat this Bayern in their current form. Fear is, by February, Bayern might be woke. I still think Arsenal can match them.

Poor co-efficients, poor Napoli...

It's BBC, guys. What do you expect? If they did a poll here at Tuz it would probably show Juve has an 80% chance, followed by Benfica, with Barca at 0.3%.
I don't know why anyone is getting worked up over that. Leicester was clearly a pisstake.

Good draw for us, although I get more nervous when we're favourites, we struggle to really play our best.

I still fancy us to put a couple of goals past them at home, and wouldn't be surprised to see us score there either.

Juve, Barca, Real, Bayern, Atletico, Monaco, Benfica and Sevilla to go through- would be a lot like 2014-15 (Benfica replacing Porto and Sevilla replacing PSG).
Monaco has a chance because of how they play, but Benfica won't win against Dortmund.

Also Atletico shouldn't underestimate Leverkusen, they'll give them a run for their money.

an exciting draw gives a boring quaterfinal
:agree:

Looks like there will be only good teams left after the next round, which is good, it's the Championleague after all.
