Jovetic, althoguh I'd love to have Cassano here.

In terms of talent, ther isn't much difference between the two. But look at what Jovetic is doing at his age and he can get a lot better, while Cassano has a lot of wasted years. It's really amazing to see such a young player be so decisive when normally these wonderkids just show glimpses of their talent. He seems to be really mature and was the captain of Partizan at 17. I saw that on some football show where they were profiling him just before he moved to Fiorentina. They were showing some clips of him which were impressive, but what was more impressive was his personality which assures me that he is definitely on course to be great.

Sergio's smiley just fits exactly here ----> :sergio:

Barcelona have Henry, Messi, Zlatan and not to forget a great young talent Bojan! I bet another great team would want him desperately!
Henry's days are over and Bojan don't seem to be the talent his reputation make him to be. Today Guardiola opted for two other youngsters instead, Pedro and Jeffrén. Jovetic would be the perfect replacement for Henry.

Manchester United are also big spenders and he's the kind of player that they would break the piggy bank on.

Yeah! I bet he will end up in England. Tonight his price tag probably rose around 5-10 million.

Fiorentina payed more than 10 million € if i am not mistaken. But could be better investment than Poulsen surely.
so...over a year ago he was worth very little and we gave them more than double what they paid. face it Turk at juventus we very rarely buy precocious talents for peanuts and groom them for the first team (with some notable exceptions) we will continue to buy players who are proven, we will continue to pay big money for someone who has had a breakthrough season and we will always get fleeced by clubs willing to hang onto a big name player who then claim they were powerless whilst rolling in the huge profit from their investment.

if we want Jovetic,we will pay the going rate for him and probably a little more. the same way we did with Melo and many others before him

What exactly are we rating here?
-Who would fit us the most?
-Who is the best player atm (best tactical choice for right here, right now)
-Who is the best in general (for the record and from what we have seen so far)
-Who has the potential to be the greatest player? (thus making him the wisest strategical choice)
-Whom do we like the most for own personal reasons?

i don't like paying fortune for a player which you can buy for peanuts just one year ago.
That's the case most of the times with Juve. We are not that good to discover very young players and get them for peanuts, I am not talking about the new board only, Moggi's time aswell..

They want Robinho to take Henry's place. I don't think they will go after him.

Yup, it's said that he's a super professional. Always first in trainings, always last to leave and works harder than the rest.
Also, he's apparently a modest and well respected fellow.

Felipe Melo moved for about €8m IIRC.

Because Barcelona will give Fiorentina an offer they can't refuse.

Pedro can play on the left? He could get some trust in him slowly taking Henry out of the team. I think they're way more interested in Villa or Ribery who would slot in and do the business instantly instead of buying younger players which they already have.

We should handle the deal similarly to the way we did with Diego. Start talks in January/February and seal the deal very early if we are interested.

i've heard that cassano is a homo, right ?
Why, are you interested?
