I know DN said Melo needs a rest or some sort, but I just don't see him resting Melo for a game like this when we need a win or risk elimination. Perhaps he will rest him in the Serie A game, he is a card away from suspension with someone else I can't remember who and we have Lazio up after.
I think that the one you are looking for is Marchisio, but IIRC he got a yellow card vs Fiorentina, so he will miss the trip to Catania on sunday night. In that case, resting Melo is a good choice, as we gonna need a 100% ready Melo vs Catania, we need these 3 pts, even if it means a yellow to Melo and missing home game vs Lazio.

For the game tonight, I expect something bad, and it`s not the scoreline or the point(s) gained. I just really hope we get back to Turin with no injuries, but I`ve got a bad feeling... :shifty:

I don't see how you are in a position to say if Scirea was the greatest Juve player ever.

I've no doubt he was a great player, but I'm always suspicious of the overrating of people because they died young.
Scirea isn't rated because he died young.

Milos will not mind this weather...thrive in it hopefully.

They better play! I need a day off work to rest/shout at Juve on TV.

Hate to be a pessimist but I really can't see us winning this one tonight :( Despite Lech's poor run in their own championship, they seem to be able to switch up a couple of gears when playing tougher opposition such as ourselves or Man City. An tbh, we just don't seem all that bothered about this tournament, along with all the other Italian representatives.

It's a pity none of them are giving it their full efforts, because despite this being a second tier Euro tournament, all those coefficients points (or lack of them) are desperately needed if Italy is to overtake Germany again.
