Ratings from La Stampa.

Manninger 5,5

Camilleri 5,5
Bonucci 6,5
Chiellini 5
Traoré 5,5

Krasic 5,5
Marchisio 6,5
Sissoko 5,5
Pepe 6

Iaquinta 6
Del Piero 5,5

Libertazzi 5,5
Thanks for the info man, but lets just stop posting the ratings from Italian newspapers. They never make sense and they show nothing else but complete ignorance, blindness and underestimation of everything non-Italian.
I do wonder though what's the journalist's explanation for giving Pepe a higher rating than Krasic.

I disagree. La Gazzetta's clearly biased but not always towards Italians. Krasic will get a high vote every fucking time (although he is brilliant most of the time, I got to admit) and Quaggy always sucks according to them (which just isn't true, even if most hate him).

That only makes Gazzetta not biased towards Italians, but it still doesn't make that guy who makes the ratings for them any more reliable than his colleagues.
And I agree. I do follow Gazzetta more than the other papers and many times I am shocked how privileged 2-3 of our players are (Del Piero most of all, followed by Krasic) and how kind the journalist is towards them. The complete opposite can be said about some other Juve players, Quagliarella among them.

In short- the only good thing in those ratings is that we can make fun of them.

Agreed. I don't really care about the ratings myself, but I think many people do. And that's probably because they can't see the actual game. It's what I do when I can't watch the game because I have to play myself, but I realise it all depends on the journalist.

cuccureddu with a brilliant quote, qualification was not lost yesterday but the previous 4 games. also states the team needs a striker worth 20 goals
I think we need two strikers, at least. Two starters. The four strikers we have right now are not good enough to regularly start for a big team.

With a proper striker, who has some proper ball control and technical skills - We would have already made it through EL and would be on more points in Serie A

considering the loans from this and previous years we are paying off, considering we will have to get some solution for the fullbacks, and you ask for 2 starters in the most expensive area of the team : the strikers

with what money ?

Slavomir Peszko apparently is a Juventus fanboy and in his postmatch interview he said that he wanted to do everything to get noticed by del Neri. Also he said that he's probably the only satisfied Juve fan after this game. :)

And some people want to keep IQ and Amauri for another season. Talk about broken records....

Ouch, so Krasic is an Italian legend and Quag isn't Italian at all

Someone previously said that Gazzetta are biased towards Italian players and legends :shifty:

Didn't "someone" say that Gazzetta is biased towards serie A legends? It clearly is, if you follow them. The big names, and especially the Italian legends from the world cup 2006, were and still are getting very kind ratings.
