Juve reject Tevez 'war' with Milan
Milan seem closer to Carlos Tevez, as Juventus reportedly insist they won’t get into a bidding war for the Manchester City star.
The striker’s agent, Kia Joorabchian, was photographed in Milan today in a meeting with Rossoneri Vice-President Adriano Galliani.
“It was a meeting between old friends,” admitted Galliani to the media.
Sport Mediaset had claimed Juventus directors Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici had also met with Joorabchian earlier today.
However, Sky Sport Italia suggest Juve did not meet anyone and are in fact irritated at Milan’s intrusion.
Transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio revealed Bianconeri sources had told him “we won’t take part in a bidding war.”
If Milan are to sign Tevez for around €10m, then it’s likely they will use the money from Robinho’s sale to Santos.
