Don't want him. I would rather go for a young talent for the long term but not one that is so unproven that he would be considered a risk. I was a Tevez fan until I saw what he did. I really don't care what players do outside of football but when they put on their kit and walk on a pitch they should act professionally and respectfully regardless of the circumstances. You can't replace class with talent and expect to reap the rewards. Look what happens when you sign Balotelli.

Yeah, forget it. Professionalism just doesn't matter when you're a great player. Who cares about Juve's image and legacy? Legends like Scirea, Platini and Del Piero were just great players nobody cares about how classy they were, right?
Professional or not, this club is still not signing any top players anyway, and we're not in the same position we were in the past. Beggars can't be choosers.

this guy don't life for football Klin,
one game on the bench and he bitch and cry in the press
I don't like this guy
we should keep this type of guys out of the club
You could have just said that.

Thank you. If he can't respect City, you think he'll have respect for Juve?

And I want to keep my respect for the club too. We could finish 10th for the next 5 seasons and I'd have the same attachment but when guys like Balotelli and Tevez start lining up for us, we're no different from inter-fucking-Milan and Manchester City.

Juve have had bad periods in the past and came out of it. Juve still remained Juve. Getting this guy to improve our league standings by 2 or 3 places isn't worth it.

Anyway, all this is hypothetical. I'm certain Conte and Marotta would have no part of him.

More like he'll have no part from us. :D

He'll never join us anyway.

Toni earns 1/2 million max a year, Tevez at Man City 220k a weekx4=880k a month, 880k x12=10,5 mill or so a year.

Yeah that's definitly close to what Toni,Amauri and Iaquinta earn......
:sergio: What they earn together. And Toni does not earn €0.5m, more like €1.5m. Amauri earns €4m and Iaquinta about €3m, so all up about €8.5m a year. I was wrong but not too far off Tevez's wages.

Really do a :sergio: when you don't get the point, real smart indeed.
I made an example of Toni, 1/2 means 1 or 2 not 0.5. I wasnt bother at all to search for Iaquinta's and Amauri's wages.

nahh 2mill is not alot for a club without CL and other European income right?

1/2 and 1/2. One is 0.5 and one is 1 or 2, tell me which is which. :sergio:

Obviously €2m a year is not alot for a club that can build a new stadium and not be in massive debt but also has €10-15m a year worth of wages for older players sitting in the reserves.

Really is it so hard to understand?

Clearly you don't have a clue that we payed for the stadium some time ago and not this year, but never mind Tevez will not come and that;s the end of it.

No doubt. Plus I think that in many instances unprofessionalism is relevant to poor results. Talented, unprofessional players rarely become true champions and let me stress that I'm not keeping off-field behavior completely in mind. If you act unprofessionally at your club then you disrupt a teams culture and if you undermine a captain, managers or presidents authority a club can fall apart from there. Culture is an extremely important factor in building a successful club and is a real reason why Juventus has a history of sustained success. If Tevez even thought about pulling some shit like that at Juve he would have his contract terminated immediately. His wages are ridiculous anyway.

Really Sherlock? We don't have to make huge yearly payments like Arsenal for Emirates. €2m a year is not something that would keep JUVENTUS from signing a player that is wanted by the club.

 Let's leave inter, Roma, City, etc. to be the circuses.

Dude, you was about to come over your Tevez story and now you are saying that it's about a player?
Really let's end it here by both realising Tevez is not an option for this club.

I did not have Tevez in mind when I wrote that. If I wanted to say that €2m a year would not stop Juventus from signing Tevez I would have said his name. I was clearly making a point especially with the capital Juventus that I was talking about €2m a year would not stop Juventus from signing a player that is wanted by the club. Understand that?

I know what you mean man but it stopped us many times tbh, Aguero,Aquilani( i can really understand that choice) Alex from Chelsea and so on.

Nah Aguero and Aquilani were more transfer fees than wages anyway and more than €2m a year. Aguero cost shitty like €40m, Marotta offered €32m. Liverpool wanted €16m originally for Aquilani but we got Pirlo for free so why spend money on Aquilani. I have no idea what happened with Alex.
