I don't know there's a lot of things that are annoying in Italy, I doubt it's worth it to sacrifice that much cash just for Italy instead of Manchester. Germany is where is at for a top footballer IMO.

oh poor Tevez only getting 200k a week to play for a club that is holding him hostage

honestly i seriously flabbergasted at the sympathy this overpaid sulking primadonna is receiving,he is a selfish,spoiled,self-centred ego-merchant and as fantastic a player as he is i wouldn't want him anywhere near our club once the toys come out of the pram
Agreed.

You act 200k a week is a king's fortune. It's really not that much when you've got 10 golden toilets and a endless supply of refried beans in your house.

So fuck him because he doesn't want to live and play in Manchester? I cant think of a sane person who wants to live in Manchester.
no are you deliberately ignoring the point or have i overestimated your intelligence? he is a spoiled little child and a disruptive influence. i reckon SAF had him sussed out and realised that for all his skill he wasn't worth the hassle

Oh this.

The more I think about it, the less I want this mentally challenged, greedy, insubordinant little grub near this team. Just way too much of a risk to stump up massive transfer cost + wages and have him go stupid again. Pass.

finally someone gets it

don't get me wrong Tevez the footballer is awesome,an absolutely sensational forward who would rip Serie A apart

but he might also rip the dressing room apart and that would ruin all the good work Conte is putting in to ensure that this TEAM all work for each other

I think everyone here agrees that he is a great striker.
The point of argument here is that with his rap-sheet and his 'mood swings', is he worth the cash and the risk or not. I say not.
and I hate this guy anyway.

for the nth time the only reason Man u didnt get him was for monetary reasons, stop inventing shit
Yayy, tell me about it.

Tevez will be our biggest signing since Zlatan. If we do have a realistic chance of signing him (he wants to leave, Real, Barca, Chelsea and well, Man City don't seem to want him) we have to be really insane to miss it. It's a rare opportunity for a team like us which is terribly lacking world class players who can carry it to an entirely different level on their own. Damn, it's been a really long time since we last had such players and I really believe we can't completely quit the Calciopoli era unless we slowly start to bring in a few big players.

There's no middle ground it seems. For me, i'd take him with open arms, we bitch & moan about signing average joes all the time, so we might as well take a gamble on him much like we do on mediocre players. Signing a player of Tevez quality not only improves the quality of our attacking line but sends out a strong message to potential, quality future Juventus players that the team has lofty ambitions.

Tevez would breath new found enthusiasm in the fans bringing in more support, locally & internationally, not forgetting the millions he'd bring in through merchandise.

tevez is prolly my favorite player out there, but like i said i understand those who would be opposed based on 2 reasons and 2 reasons only: salary, and the length of his tenure here, the rest is just BS and made up crap by people who dont watch him play.
