Release clause?

We are the only option out there for him. Most teams dont want him cuz he's cup tied. He doesn't want to stay in England so all those teams are not an option. Both Real and Barca have enough strikers, so do Milan. The only competitor I'd say is Inter.

Corinthians were highest bidders, not even us can compete with those numbers. He was always crying how he wants to play in SA, so he will most likely go there.

Tuttosport were saying that Marotta knows how to deal with these players like when he signed Cassano to Samp..interesting. :xfinger: Tevez, Cissokho & CB. Getting Tevez even for just two seasons would be great as long as the transfer fee isn't too high.

He just needs to GTFO of England. He needs an Italian climate, way of life and some italian poon.

I'd be pretty unhappy if I had to live in Manchester, too.

Just give the guy a Ferrari and he'll be happy enough, surely.

If we can get him on the cheap, somehow, I say go for it! If it works out, we might end up as champions. If it doesn't, we can always sell him to Corinthians or some other club. He's a top player, and should therefore not be impossible to offload, like Amauri.

I think he can buy a Ferrari a week with his current wages.

OK, I know. I doubt he'll lower his wages by a considerate amount though, and if he does it'll be for an Argie team. He keeps saying he's homesick.

I'd like him here, but I don't think it's gonna happen.

We are obviously in desperate need of an 8th attacker.

It's not like people are bitching right now about Quag or DP not getting (enough) playing time.
Well if we get rid of Toni, IQ, and Janet and since this is probably DPs last season? I think Tevez would be great. We should use Quag in a deal bring us a top player in a position we need like RM, CB, or LB.
I see him going to Napoli with Lavezzi going the other way.
You think they could afford it?

That is just crazy money.

Instead of paying ~40mln for Tevez and giving him like 8mln/season we should invest in a left back and sort our defense out. That will cost 3 times less so we'd have money to get a RW if we get rid of Krasic.

There is simply no need to get Tevez at this point. We have Matri, Quag, Vucinic, Del Piero while it seems that we'll be playing 4-3-3 many times, where we basically need one striker. We paid 17mln for Matri and we should use him now whenever we can. I think it's rather sad how people have forgotten how good Quag was last season and he's not being used now.

Invest in other areas now, we'll benefit much more.

1- tevez will go for less than 20
2- we would loan him first
3- please dont try to compare quag, whom i grew to like, to tevez

if we loaned him we d negotiate the wage split, or even have them pay him to leave and take lower wage a la trez, after getting screwed so many time you d figure we would learn a thing or two about this kind of stuff
I dunno I could see Marotta wasting a month on this and pulling out because he "only negotiates wages on his own terms".

According to the reports, we are willing to pay all his wage till the end of the season (about 200k/week that is), and then try to make his move to Juve permanent, as there would be an agreed price...
