Giovinco hardly fulfills any of those points. He is weak physically, easily knocked off the ball, and while he might be creative, it often leads to nothing

He has a weak shot, lacks consistency, and isn't someone that inspires or raises the game of those around him. In short, he is an average player

I forgot to add someone with physical presence, and leadership skills/capabilities
