I don't know I honestly find their 'link up' play to good but nothing really special
it's always the same, because hardly any teams play with 2 strikers nowadays people look at our strikers combining and hype it up
The commentators and pundits always talk about the 'understanding' between our two strikers. It was the same with Matri - Vucinic, then Vucinic - Gio. Then Vuci - Tevez and now Tevez - Llorente.
It's definitely not worth sticking to a 3-5-2 for the supposedly great 'partnerships' we build. I just don't see it personally.

You are making a string of confusing posts lately.First you're suggesting Tevez-Llorente combination has great potential and at the same time you're saying it doesnt necessarily mean we're sticking to the 3-5-2.I dont see how Tevez is going be that effective,and in partnership with Llorente when he is playing on the wing as opposed to on the center where he is a direct goal threat and likely to combine with the centre-forward more often.And its clear Tevez is better in the center than on the wing.

So, we're going to switch formations and keep the 2 striker system? I never considered that because it's ridiculously unlikely.
4-3-1-2? We don't have close to the midfield depth to pull that off. It doesn't solve our problems with quality width at all. It negates it more than anything
4-4-2? If we switch to this dinosaur of a formation we'll be lucky to win the Scudetto short of buying 2 world class wingers.

Jeez, so much tension. None of my posts are confusing, you're just over-analyzing, Cusp. You make it sound like 4-3-3 is the only option to consider.

Before Conte came to Juve he used to play 4-2-4, but that was more like an offensive 4-4-2 formation. I personally wouldn't be surprised if we tried something like that -- simply because like I said earlier -- I don't see us bench or placing Tevez on the wing. It's going to be pretty hard, though, because we'll still have Pirlo who will get to play many minutes (if reported wages are true). That basically means we can use that formation for Europe (which wasn't so successful under Capello).
Then again, we're being linked with many wingers and Conte himself has admitted he'd love to have/use wingers, so that ditches 4-3-2-1 or 4-3-1-2?

In fact i find that those 2 are very incongruent as a striking partnership... but we are doing pretty good with them..because individually, llorente and Tevez offer A LOT to the team. Tevez is restless and can track defenders with ease. He is skilled with the ball and can do quick moves to treaten enemies. LLorente is a very good trget man and even when he is not the most ruthless predator in front of goal, his physicality and skills helps the team.
But, u can clearly see that most of the time llorente and tevez are doing their won thing... and when they try to combine... most of the time they misunderstood each other...but this maybe has something to do with Llorente wanting to do extra moves to finish plays. WHo knows.

He has added a lot to this team.If he did not score then he pass(just remember to Vidal against Roma) .He helps the defense a lot.He never ever make any stupid thing after he came to us.Ultra professional.Very,very valuable player.And he can understand and transform in a minute what Conte wants from him.Easily in our 3 most valuable players.
