Notice he didn’t do much with Napoli or Everton either

Gets world class players with an insane history in this competition. And wins again.
Napoli and Everton are not really contenders to win anything though. We would have been much better off with Ancelotti than Sarri. Guardiola has had insane amount of money with Man City and has failed every year in the CL.

He took over a Napoli that nearly beat us to the league in 17/18 and they regressed and were disappointing in Europe and the league.

Ancelotti flopped with Bayern tho. In fact, his coaching record has been mediocre between his previous CL win in 2014 and this season

What makes Ancelotti so good? When I read about Pep, Klopp, Allegri, Zidane etc people always know and point to their unique playstyle or ability to motivate players but with Ancelotti I still can’t understand what is his characteristic that makes him so successful? Motivating players?

Great man manager for sure apart from being a great tactician

Knows how to handle the big teams and the big ego's in the dressing room

He's mostly managed stacked teams throughout his coaching career

Impressive renessaince from Papa Carlo this season, he was useless in Napoli and in general pretty irrelevant since 2014. Shows there is hope even for Mourinho yet to turn things around :p

How was he useless at Everton though, they've been awful since he left. Would love to see how Fraudiola would do at smaller teams such as Napoli, Everton and Roma etc. At least Jose and Ancelotti went tonlesser clubs.

If in the end of the season we are still upset with Allegri and all the others are unavailable - Ancellotti should be a candidate to take over (should he leave Real).
We want CL and this guy is probably the Ronaldo of CLs

He won the Bundesliga in 2017 :boh: :shifty: :numnum:

Titles in Italy, Germany, Spain, England and France - the 5 Bigs!

He's also won 4 CL crowns, so he's arguably the greatest club coach of all time.

Yah, but his Bayern stint overall was a dissapointment, lost the dressing room, didnt do much in CL and in general looked a bit disinterested.

His trophy cabinet is impressive indeed and he surely is among the greatest coaches of this generation.

Didnt pay much attention to his spell with Everton - What position did he get them and what was the previous one?
Napoli - He was meh. He isnt a coach for a team like Napoli though.

Juve - We had him in the past and he made us look good except for the creating part which Lippi immediately added after he left.
I`d still take him if Allegri fails unless we can get someone like Klopp and then we will have to be patient.
