If we're going to start employing the 3-5-2 more often then we're going to need to see more of this from Chiello. Every time we play 3 at the back his forward runs throw a real spanner in the works of our opponents and frees someone else up. It's risky play but it often works. Saw him do it well against Dortmund away once or twice.

I prefer he plays it safe.His runs are do or die. If he loses the ball, we end súper exposed on counters, then we see things like Bonucci`s weird backtackles and the likes.
