True. Not only his defending, but what he did when he was in possession was far better than we're used to from Giorgio. Kept it simple and looked really calm on the ball, something he usually clearly lacks. I hope he can keep it up and improve even more in that aspect, though it will be more difficult against opponents who don't sit back and wait to get raped.
