i think the medical staff of a club is something that is not really often checked if it is run successful.

todays clubs have a lot of money so they should check more often if the medical staff is up to date with the latest inurytreatment and so on ...

i guess in the most clubs there will be a medical staff that only changes if one is to old and retires but that does also mean that this old doctors will mostly be oldschool and rely on old information and knowledge ...
