Chiellini to miss Coppa final | Football Italia

Giorgio Chiellini’s suspension has been officially confirmed, so the Juventus defender will miss the Coppa Italia final with Milan.

The centre-back picked up his second booking of the competition in yesterday’s semi-final second leg with Atalanta, incurring a suspension for the final.

There are no other suspensions for the showpiece game, though Atalanta’s Andrea Masiello and Stefan Radu of Lazio have also incurred a one match ben for next season.

Miralem Pjanic has been fined €1,500 for diving in an attempt to win a penalty in yesterday’s match, an action he was also booked for.
