If Lippi joins after WC06 good, but it'd be better if we take mourinho.

I for one also hope that Cap stays on for another season at least to win us the CL or get done by. Even if his tactics and formations are not agreeable to everyone.

He might bring along Ibra with him if it happens and we would be robbed of a great player... and zlatan is miles ahead from drogba.

Zlatan is surly better than Drogba as a footballer, Zlatan just needs to improve his finish and he will make us forget about drogba.

zlatans dribbling skills is nothing compared to drogbas
ya serious?!

only thing drogba's good at is laying-off, shielding and erm ...getting mourinho his morning cuppa.

Whereas Zlatan makes great latte for Capello! :coffee: :coffee:

Capello Set For Real Move-Spanish Media
11/22/2005 12:51:00 PM
Several Spanish media reports, including one by world-famous daily Marca, are indicating Fabio Capello reached a verbal agreement with Real Madrid for a shock return to the Spanish capital this summer.
The news does appear slightly akward as Capello is currently dominating the Italian league with his mighty side and Juve are considered as one of the favorites to lift the Champions League at the end of this season.

However Capello isn’t new to shock decisions.

After claiming the 1996/1997 Liga title with Real Madrid after his first year with Los Merengues, he left overnight to rejoin AC Milan, the team that practically became invincible under his command.

A similar situation occurred with AS Roma, the team he helped reach the 3rd Scudetto of their history.

After a five year reign with the Giallorossi, during which many times he attacked the northern Serie A giants, and in particular Juventus, he ended up joining the Italian Old Lady in a move most Roma fans consider as the greatest act of betrayal ever committed against the club.

Besides Capello, former Bayern coach Otmar Hitzfeld has also been linked to the Spanish giants’ bench that has been slowly slipping out of the hands of Wanderley Luxemburgo, especially after last weekend’s 3-0 home battering on behalf of Rijkaard’s Barcelona.
EDIT: Absuive language towards Juve staff is not permitted - Mikhail

I'm not too worried about us losing some players, once he leaves...but I'm sure a few ppl on this forum would disappear...and all of the sudden become Real fans

bon voyage to you guys, too :weee:

i don't know y ppl would like mourinho instead of lippi.

i know that mourinho is a great couch but he doesn't have the love of juve as lippi.

lippi is a great couch and never get afraid to change the tacti is needed.
i like the way he deals with his player but the only thing that kept annoying me is that lippi loved his old players, he keeps beliveing in them even if they underperform. unless the sub player really performed.

im with lippi all the way but i dunno, i have the feeling that we will get trap instead

he mustn`t leave i think. i can`t understand people who don`t like him. isn`t he succesful or isn`t he a good person? do you think anyone can do better in juve i don`t think. you have said maurinho. his tactic is the most boring in the world. yes he is sucesful too but not more than capello.and everybody knows that he isn`t known as a good person. he always talk about his rivals in bad way, he speaks more than he does, i mean.

Action speaks louder than words, it doesn't matter if he talks bad to anybody unless he has a reason. Winning a CL and a league which hasn't been won in 50 years.....that's better than class

Taken from Capello's interview after the game against Brugge,

“I read it in the newspapers. I don’t remember signing any contracts!” he laughed. “It’s very difficult to return to a place where you’ve already coached, especially if they are the same players who already knew you. Would I prefer England or Spain? I prefer Juventus.”

Capello not Real-ly going

Wednesday 23 November, 2005

Channel4.com wrote:

Fabio Capello has denied having signed any pre-contractual agreement to go to Real Madrid. "It’s fantasy football," he joked.

Reports in Spain yesterday claimed the Juve Coach had already agreed to a move to Los Meringues, including a penalty clause in case he should change his mind, but Capello put the whole business down to hot air.

In playful mood after guiding his side through to the last 16 of the Champions League, the 59-year-old initially left the implication that he might, after all, be on his way.

"I had no idea I’d already signed a pre-contract and a penalty clause," he said. "I really can’t reveal how much the penalty clause is."

But it soon became clear he was reacting ironically to a week of speculation surrounding his future.

He once famously said that you should never reheat the same soup - in other words, never go back to a former club – but he did add that Real Madrid could no longer be considered the same side that he once coached.

"It’s only reheated the soup when you go back after just a year when you know everyone and everyone still knows you," he added, referring to his second stint at Milan. "But from my time at Real there are only three players left."

Was the former Real Coach hinting then that he would be going back to take charge of the Galacticos?

"No, there’s no truth in it at all," he revealed. "It’s fantasy football. The news surprised me as much as anyone else.

"I have a contract with the people here and I am working very well, thank you. Che sarà sarà."

Therefore, no move to Spain appears imminent, particularly with the Italian giants as best equipped as they have been in years to launch an assault on the Champions League.

Juventus director general Luciano Moggi also rubbished the link. "These things are written when there is nothing else to write about," he argued.

"A lot of things have been said about us, such as we are going to buy Ronaldinho. He is a great player, but we have no need for him.

"Roy Keane? We don’t sign players who are over 30 and I think I’m right in saying that he is 34. Therefore, he is not part of our plans."
