I feel i need to open this thread, cause what i wanna say is quite general.

So, I think that Capello wont be Juves trainer for very long, he will fill his contract and than leaves, maybe to Real, maybe somewhere else.

Whatever one might think looking at the average age of our team, Capello's aim is not to build the team of the future And Moggi knows that, i think, and said: ok, just be successfull.

All of his signings were rational and predictable ones, may except Zlatan, but only because we thought Moggi wouldnt pay for him ( Capello wanted him back in Roma as well).

All of his signings were instant success.

May there will be some young faces, like Cassano or Chiellini, but most of the players (and the backup players as well) will be experienced "veterans" like Kovac, maybe Panucci or Giannichedda.

He wont do experimenting,
he doesnt care what happens to the team after he left

He has two more years at Juve, and his aim is the third star.

take it as a guideline for the transfer season:D

And if you look at the players who played in the position the new players now play in they are all actually younger than the players that play there before.

I hope you understood that sentence. :flirt:

Well, good Point Tass, your right Capelo is not gonna stay too long with us, He'll leave soon for sure....about building a future, well I see a big revolution of youngesters in 2 years in Deshamp's hands or anyone else, but not right now with Capello.

capello is a cunt. its annoying now after we've won the scudetto everyone is praising him. **** that, we were lucky that milan slipped on the right time and we've managed to take the points. juventus didnt really deserve the title and it certainly wasnt capello who was the man behind the success.

Caps objective is the Cl,
he might be eguiped with the material needed,
but he doesnt control 100% of our club transfers,
youngsters will come too anyway,
he sould get the tools needed and use the best possible solutions,
if he brings succes,
money will come,
i hope we will win Cl before all of our stars retire all together,
then we will again have a small crisis till we make a new team,
with new players,managers, coach
and probably without Moggi

Fliakis is right. There has been way too much praise for Capello after the scudetto. Even the players were annoyed.

As for the Champions League, Capello's the man to blame. His tactics against Liverpool were simply ludicrous.

Swag, Capello stylish? Have you ever even seen Marcello Lippi?
Btw, great we won the scudetto once again. Nice achievement, but it won't be one I'll remember for too long. The game against Real Madrid two years ago is when we'll always remember. Because we won anything? No. Because we totally outplayed our opponent and humiliated the Galacticos? Yes. It IS about style. Winning comes first, but style comes second.

:blah:

It's a league, you can't win the league by luck,it's 38 games that decides the winner and not 1 or 2.. there were times we lost the games too by luck..

How many games like that did we play in " style " under Lippi in recent years??
I supported Capello since day 1,and I will support till last day.he is the best Italian Coach If you like it or not.you can't expect to change our boring style that we used to play, hmm the last 10 years?, suddenly. the guy won Scudetto for us from the first year and we lost in Cl against the champions.and you still critisize him??JEEEZ

We weren't boring in 2003 at all. We were a pretty great team to watch in fact.

No coach can work wonders
and secure the CL from first year,
with the material Juve had and the unserius Inter+Milan as opponents it wasnt a wonder to win this scudetto,
it was a great achievement however, beating superior quality teams
and one of the reasons we beat them was our superiority on the bench,Mancini(Mr X) and Carlitto are no oponents for Capello.

CL was Cap s fault but not completely his,
even the semi-God, "super" Jose with unlimited budget failed on his first try,
we were a solid team having 25min of bad strategy, bad luck etc etc.
Now Cap knows our weakness(creativity problems),
he has the time to improove/calibrate our team and find solutions to create what he has in mind(if Moggi gives him the means)
He now has again the oppurtunity to show what he is really made of in CL with a great team as name and material,
he has no more excuses, he must give his best to Juve,
there is motivation.
