JUVE DISMISS CASSANO CLAIMS
Juventus have denied they are interested in signing Roma star Antonio Cassano and shrugged off speculation linking Alessandro Del Piero and Gianluca Zambrotta with moves away from the Stadio Delle Alpi.
Reports had suggested that Cassano was a potential replacement for Premiership-bound Del Piero, while Zambrotta has attracted attention from Chelsea and Real Madrid.
But Juventus chief officer Antonio Giraudo dismissed the claims and stressed the wealth of striking talent already at the club.
Giraudo said: "Del Piero and and Zambrotta are two big champions and they will stay at Juve. As for Cassano, we have reaffirmed many times he is an interesting player who is able to make the difference .
But we have five international forwards and I think it is a line absolutely covered. Cassano for the moment isn't in Juve's plans ."
General Director Luciano Moggi echoed the sentiment, adding: "Cassano is a big player but we have really good players in attack and we will not change there. There will be a few changes : for the moment we have signed Giuliano Giannichedda and Robert Kovac."

Juve to take Chiellini back
The defender was signed by Juventus from Livorno last summer, but went straight to Fiorentina in a co-ownership deal.
Chielllni enjoyed an impressive season with The Viola and even earned a call-up to the Italy squad.
Juve are now keen to have him in Turin and general manager Luciano Moggi insists they will have no problem in bringing him back .
"We will undoubtedly buy up the other 50 percent of Chiellini's contract," said Moggi .
"Fiorentina already know the situation and there will be no problem ."
Moggi also moved to play down reports that Juve were in talks to sign Lecce's Marco Cassetti - insisting they do not need the winger.
"Cassetti is a very interesting young player and had a great campaign, but we don't need him ," added Moggi.
