No it isn't. It takes atleast 5 years with no success before that happens.

Just because you lose for two years dosen't make you any less of a glory hunter :D

You might be a little to confident for your own good.

You'd beat the pool, sure. But with Chelsea you just cant call it. Dont make the same mistake Andy made.
What mistake is that Joey?

As Nick said Italian teams beat the two most famous clubs from England and Spain. I would not even fancy our side against Inter anymore.

Andy I know your a guy that deals with the frustrations of other fans alot, so try to understand.

You will find English record is extremely good particulary against Italians. We've been bringing this up for YEARS and it was always deemed absolutely irrelevent by the Italian fans. Italian football fan will tell you, oh thats not important, we have 3 teams in the semis blah blah blah, its not won over matches it's won overall. I can go on forever. Now when Italians have been defeated and sent home its ok for you to bring out these kind of excuses?

Don't complicate it. Your words and your mistake. Let me rephrase it now.

"We have two teams in the CL. You have one. I think that speaks for itself"

Your words Andy, your words.

Im not trying to rub it in your face or asking you to agree. I'm just asking you to try not to be a hypocrite, especially over words that came from your own mouth.

And now its 'OH BUT WE BEAT THE TWO MOST FAMOUS TEAMS IN ENGLAND'

Jesus so what? What happens when Chelsea beat Milan? England may well have beaten the two best teams in Italy? What tripe will you throw out then?

I don't mind discussion, but i'm offended when someone presents me with such shit.

I fail to see a point in that whole piece, I really do Joey.

I have not been making excuses for my team or anything of the sort. This Juventus is a horrible Juventus and we deserved to go out. If you want excuses I can think of a whole list of them, however that is irrelevant. We cleary were too arrogant against Liverpool and they used that to their advantage.

And now to this other nonsense... How am I making a mistake when I say three Italian teams in the Quarterfinals? That's the truth. Now England has two teams in the Semi-finals.. congratulations. Perhaps if Inter did not face their futile demise against Milan it would be a different story- if you want excuses.

English clubs do have a better record against us but their record of winning the CL over the past 17 years is lackluster- even making the Final. What's your point Joey?

And what are you trying to prove? If Chelsea beats Milan the Blues will be the best team in the world, no question. I believe whoever wins the CL is the probably the best club in the world. Who would question that? I certainly do not (2 to 10 in 16 years). You're making too many assumptions and trying to frame me for past posts that are not even relevant anymore. Is this about my opinion that English football is overrated? If it is you obviously have a problem with it yourself. I deal with people calling Italian football overrated all the time here in the states.

I'm not presenting you with any shit Joey. And I'm even having trouble figuring out what you are on about. It seems like you are pulling posts and ideas from me that I made weeks ago. How could you even do that if you have been here for not even two weeks? I might have a clue..
If Blandest is there tell her hello and congrats.

Seriously. Come off it Joey. I know all three top leagues are about equal; I admit we were beaten by the better team; I admit that English clubs have their second final in 16 years; I concede that English football is improving greatly, especially because of the help of Abramovich. What's the problem Joey?

And yes this discussion is overdone. It was done a long time ago yet people other than myself keep bringing it up, especially NOW. Good great grand wonderful, have urself a ball.

Forza Juve

You do fail to see my point indeed.

I'm not specifically talking about you. Italian soccer fans in general, on this board on the street, at uni etc etc. Its not all about you Andy. You should talk to someone about that attention deficit.

Its the actions of people i'm more interested in. I don't really care at all for the topic at hand.

I was just highlighting the fact that Italian fans have always disregarded single game stats and overall tournament stats in the past saying its about whos there at the end that matters. And now they have reversed and are doing exactly what they moaned to us for doing.

We need a set standard here. Italian football fans are so flimsy.

But you do throw off an amazing load of trivial horse shit in response to discussion/opposition from the epl fans on this forum and in response to points Ive made. Its annoying and pointless and I only asked you not to place such garbage in front of me. And incase you cant figure out what the 'shit' is, you do post alot of it mind. Its the offhand comments you make, the oh yeah we might have got ripped but if you look at this graph here you will see that blah blah

Its irrelevent. It dosen't matter. Its so simple why do we need to complicate things? And with your next post you have went into the past to pull up some statistics? WHY??! What does it matter? What do I care? Did I ask you for a history lesson? I'm talking about this champions league campaign, the current states of football and mostly the reactions of Italian football fans.

Again don't complicate it. Its so simple.

Its easy. We have two teams in. You have one. We have equal chance of winning as you do (Chelsea/Milan). In other words. Italy don't have shit on England. Stop living in that fairtale 80's period ;)

And stop calling me Joey you ignorant fool.
