Unless you're using a cached DNS on a proxy server, one of the easiest ways it to go to cmd and type

ipconfig /flushdns

I guess that will remove all the cached DNS entries for the URL's you've visited. So the next time you enter a URL, the browser won't check the cache for the site IP address, but it'll query the DNS server for the latest IP and that may help.
