Can't access site from some places (1 Viewer)

ok i gave it a try and it still doesn't work

right now i am at home and i tested out my VPN from home and i can connect to the site from home on my company's VPN connection.

any suggestions?

Your company VPN is likely on a separate network segment than the one you're on when you're in the office.

Can you DNS lookup the IP address for www.juventuz.com on either login place (using traceroute, ping, or whatnot) and see if they differ?

quick note: we can't ping anything when i'm on my company network because the firewall blocks pings
