No. This would not be possible.

Yes, we were screwed over big time. Which is why it is almost impossible to give us our scudetti back. The consequences would be way too big and could potentially destroy Serie A (again).
what about the part you didnt bold out, having no champion for that season? if we get that 2006 title recognized, then the 2006/07 season has to be irregular. you cant relegate the official champion from a regular season. i think that this is one of the main reasons we have only slim chances to get our titles officially recognized

We should call Michael J. Fox and have the 2005-06 team of either club transported to the present day to play a two-legged decider.

Better still Inter could just accept that they were the second best team in Italy that season, as shown by the league table and head to head meetings.

i think i read few years ago that 2 teams played to decide the champion from a season over 50 years ago (dont know which league), so thats why i thought it might be possible to see something similar here :D

if we get the money and titles we should also sue them for the 2006/07 season. with Juve officially being recognized as the 2006 Serie A champion that season should be declared irregular since we as the champions didnt get the chance to play and to defend our title. we should either ask to play a title deciding game (or two) with Inter to get an official regular champion for that season or ask for that season to have no champion (like the 2005 one currently). would something like this be possible?

today, if we look back at 2006, its incredible how much we got screwed. Inter won 4 consecutive titles after 2006 and Milan one, with both winning a CL title. in that time span, and with the team and finances we had at the time, i think its safe to say we would have won atleast 3 Serie A titles and atleast one CL title. 443M cant compensate for that, not even close
I don't believe we'll get a cent of of this. If they confirm the sporting fraud being annulled then we can hope 1) They take away the paper scudetto from them bastards, 2) demand for those 2 scudetti back.

We have to see what comes out of that statute of limitation on the "cupola" if they say it would affects matches. It never did but who knows with them.

Big day today guys

Waiting for Italian justice to fail and show the world once again how much of a joke the governing body is.
 pretty much

I don't really expect anything to happen from this per se. I believe it'll act as a show of force to the FIGC so they know we'll fight back if they decide to do stuff like that again

No Moggi Calciopoli absolution
By Football Italia staff

Former Juventus director Luciano Moggi was not acquitted from his implication in Calciopoli, but his sentence has been written off.

The final ruling in the Calciopoli scandal, which rocked the Italian football world in 2006 and had among other consequences the demotion of Juventus to Serie B, took place today.

The Court of Appeal turned down Moggi's case that he should be acquitted of his sentence for two years and four months over attempting to influence the choice of referees.

Nonetheless, the disgraced director will not see any jail-time as the sentence is ruled to have gone beyond the statute of limitations, an option that is contemplated by Italian law for certain crimes.

Moggi was acquitted of some individual charges for sporting fraud, but not from being the 'promoter' of the 'criminal conspiracy' that culminated in Calciopoli.

Fiorentina owners Andrea and Diego Della Valle and Lazio President Claudio Lotito saw appeals against sentences already ruled to have passed the statute of limitations rejected.

The public prosecutor has also called for former referees Paolo Bertini and Antonio Dattilo to be cleared.
