There isn't a shred of evidence remaining, the whole case should be thrown out and the FIGC grovel for decades.
The evidence for the are sim cards that nobody knows the content of and most of them have no audio. In this last case in Naples Moggi was guilty of possibly fixing games by giving out sim cards to refs(still not proven they were). It's like I have a gun and get arrested for a murder in the US while being in Canada the whole time. Moggi used Swiss si cards for the mercxato because he knew something was fishy.

All other "evidence" have been proven wrong.

The minimum we should get are the 2 scudetti. We deserve the whole 444m, inter eliminated from the football world and many who took part of these investigations in prison.

haha now Abete comes out today and says Conte is too harsh in his words vs the refs and stuff. Go f*ck yourself you incompetent(you declared yourselves that) twit! PAY UP BIATCH!!!

But Mazzarri & Ranieri can do the exact same thing and no one says a peep?

You left out the fact that in a prior civil trial Moggi's lawyers as well as the referees lawyers all proved that due to geographic impossibilities, the calls that were linked to the Swiss SIMs could not have been from Moggi to the refs in question which is why Moggi is laughing now. On appeal he'll clearly present those findings and there goes the last argument the prosecution have.

In lame terms....is there a possibility that we will (finally) get something out of all this??? I havent followed this thread so regularly so if you could please tell me if there is a chance that we will win something and get something?

How come they didn't take that in consideration at Napoli?

oh yeah btw, right before they big match they couldn't find something juicy to f*ck us up so they decided to find dodgy things in a deal we made 6 years ago with Mr. Blanc about Bojinov and some agents. :sigh:

To drag it out. As far as I can see they are trying to sap Moggi's financial resources until he quits. They are reluctant to completely absolve him because it will lead to years’ worth of trials with Moggi seeking reparations. This isn’t a fact though, it is my opinion.

That question has been asked several hundred times. The answer hasn't changed. Anything is possible. Moggi's trial however no longer concerns Juve so no matter what happens to him we will not win/lose anything.

Agnelli's battle is now seperate and they seem to think they can win something. Otherwise they wouldn't be paying their lawyers.

Guys, I don't remember if this documentary has been shown here already, but you can take a look at it:

If anyone has seen this with English subtitles, it could be very useful for the international Juventus community.

I've been not following Calciopoli for a while now. I'm guessing we'll never get our 2 scudetti back and the 444M compensation that we requested right?

I also hear a bunch of different things. Have we been proven innocent or no?

But isn't the 2005-2006 scudetto supposed to stay to Inter because of the statue of limitations?
no, 1st they don't even have a paper to say it was given to inter, 2nd they can assign it back to Juve but for now declare themselves incompetent.

If we win the Scudetto, we'll put three stars on our jersey. No matter how much Scudetti the FIGC tell us we have. I think Juventus being completely compensated is a priority. Is there any way we're going to win a large some of money? Or that's not happening? I know we requested for 444M compensation, but I don't think that will come.
