i was wondering the same, husta. can't we just bring this to the FIFA and they should help. i mean should they?!
Should they? Hell yes they should. They should bring this to the highest courts possible. I can't see Platini turning a deaf ear to Juve and Blatter being in the position he is can't fuck up.

As far as EU goes...I know laws regarding US gov and sports here and on what grounds the US Federal Courts would get involved, but EU law is a bit cloudy. Researching it now...

I am sure both Juve/Moggi have already looked into it and before going there were probably hoping the FIGC would come clean. But they didn't, so whats next? You "one up" the FIGC...

Gsol:

I'm reading some of your posts on tifosibianconeri...

Can you explain this:

"The reason I believe that the truth will come out is because the appeals have reached European courts.

Italy can't be trusted. Inter and Milan were found guilty of accounting fraud and a crooked judge (Di Lorenzo) made it an unpunishable offence. It's not technically related to farsopoli but it is a confirmation of Moratti's control.

Of course in Italy no one will touch the rich and powerful but their influence isn't worth shit at the European Court level. The fight will be long but I remain confident. "

This is what you said a few years ago...what has changed? EU courts have had more than a sniff at what is going on in Italy.

Not surprised in the slightest by this ruling.

The FIGC are a bunch of corrupt, bitter old assholes and they are destroying all thats left of Italian football. Giancarlo Abete is a fucking piece of shit, how this clown ever got to run this country's football association is beyond me.

I just hope all goes well in the Napoli trials. Even if Moggi does get a positive result, do you really see these fucking cunts at the FIGC giving us back our titles? I highly doubt it.

What a disgusting country Italy is.

I couldn't give a fuck if the Elkanns were involved or not or if Moratti / TIM / Pirelli are sponsoring us... I couldn't give a fuck if we got shafted I am talking about the fans using their power to do something about it...

If football is controlled by money and the consumer is GOD then 18 million of them in Italy alone have power! 100+ million worldwide surely have power! If the 18 million Juventini in Italy publicly demand something be done and the media jump on it things will start to happen...

Just like this whole farce steam rollered from media frenzy we can start something to fight back!

If the Juventini state clearly they will show no support for the club by not attending any games and actually do so for 1 or 2 games unless they fight to get back their Scudetti, believe me the club hierarchy will shit themselves. They will be falling over themselves getting lawyers to file claims and appeals in every court across Italy & Europe within a week or two!

As far as the FIGC are concerned if 18 million people stop putting money into their pockets by not buying merchandise or paying to watch matches on TV that is probably 30% of their income shut off. It won't take long for those money sucking cunts to realise they need to appease us!

As I previously said we make it clear in advance we are not willing to financially support Italian football or Juventus in advance and they see the money missing from their balance sheets they will be jumping through hoops in no time. TV rights are paid for by sponsorships. Sponsorships / Advertising rates are based on figures. The figures are made by the fans hard earned money.

It is very simple as Moratti has shown... money talks....
None of that is happening. 18 million people won't all do something together.

Funny I don't remember writing for them. In any case at the time the GiulemanidallaJuve Shareholder Association deposited an “intent to appeal” (or something to that effect) in a European Court. Since then it is my understanding that it was determined that the minority shareholders do not possess the right to launch such an appeal. It would take the majority shareholders (they are not doing it). Moggi could do it but he wouldn't be doing it for Juve as he is only defending himself.

 And this is the case everyone seemed so positive about.

    LIFETIME, MOTHERFUCKER!

:lol2: Looking forward to this going to the European Court though. Maybe FIGC gets disbanded or something like that. I hope Italy never wins a single game again with those pigs in charge.

Who seemed positive about the FIGC's ban or no ban decision? I didn't. I feel far more positive abour the civil trial in Naples.

This was always happening, doesn't change anything (apart from those who thought Moggi could return to Juventus), it's not really a big story. Moggi's future involvement with football depends on the outcome of the civil case and future appeals.

Moggi promette vendetta: "Vogliono la guerra? L'avranno"

Can I sign up for his army??? I will be blood thirsty with no mercy!!!

Just give me a licence to kill and a few weapons... a club, a machete, and a sawn off shotgun... and I will see to Moratti, then Abete, then Guido Rossi, maybe also Provera, definitely Auricchio...

    FORZA MOGGI!!!

I find it difficult to keep my blood from boiling after 5 years of taking it dry for something that is a complete farce...

I know I should for my own sake let my blood pressure stay low but every new element of farce that happens just makes me see red...

The sense of injustice is so great and the blatant lies and ignorance of facts is just so unbeliveable...

Why can't the club just stand up and say we will stay silent no more? Why can't they take up the fans discontent and fight for their name?

Say the civil trial goes in Moggi's favour, will the FIGC then give back to the two titles? I just cant see it.
Like I wrote many times, if Moggi wins in Naples the FIGC's back will be up against the wall but outright justice in Italy is nothing I'd bet on. Expect this thing to end the same way it began, behind closed doors over wine in a cigar smoke filled room. Some concessions may be made (titles, sponsor) but we'll get ripped off and that is IF we get shit at all.
