As far as EU goes...I know laws regarding US gov and sports here and on what grounds the US Federal Courts would get involved, but EU law is a bit cloudy. Researching it now...

As far as the FIGC are concerned if 18 million people stop putting money into their pockets by not buying merchandise or paying to watch matches on TV that is probably 30% of their income shut off. It won't take long for those money sucking cunts to realise they need to appease us!

As I previously said we make it clear in advance we are not willing to financially support Italian football or Juventus in advance and they see the money missing from their balance sheets they will be jumping through hoops in no time. TV rights are paid for by sponsorships. Sponsorships / Advertising rates are based on figures. The figures are made by the fans hard earned money.

It is very simple as Moratti has shown... money talks....

Funny I don't remember writing for them. In any case at the time the GiulemanidallaJuve Shareholder Association deposited an “intent to appeal” (or something to that effect) in a European Court. Since then it is my understanding that it was determined that the minority shareholders do not possess the right to launch such an appeal. It would take the majority shareholders (they are not doing it). Moggi could do it but he wouldn't be doing it for Juve as he is only defending himself.

Like I wrote many times, if Moggi wins in Naples the FIGC's back will be up against the wall but outright justice in Italy is nothing I'd bet on. Expect this thing to end the same way it began, behind closed doors over wine in a cigar smoke filled room. Some concessions may be made (titles, sponsor) but we'll get ripped off and that is IF we get shit at all.
