Fucking FIGC cunts!!! Motherfuckers should be beaten in the streets!

Juventus, the club, the hierarchy, the fans should all be moving together now to put pressure on the FIGC...

The club should threaten to pull out of Serie A, the fans should boycott all the games and any payments towards TV rights etc.

There are 18 million Juventini just in Italy not to mention over 100 million Juventini across the world! We should use our numbers to show these fucking cunts we will not allow our name to be tarnished in this corrupt farsical bullshit way!!!

If every Juventino in the world wrote a letter to the FIGC with the same purpose then they would give in! I t can be written in any whatever language but it must have the same demand...

You have tarnished our heritage with lies and deceit and we want answers, we want the truth in full, we want names, we want justice and we want our fucking SCUDETTI back you barstards!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am surprised that people are surprised. The FIGC stated merely days ago that they felt consideration of the new evidence brought forth in Naples was not necessary to conclude the lifetime ban in question and would therefore not be taken into account. No one else figured out why? If they would have looked at the new evidence, banning him wouldn’t have been possible so they refuted all that has surfaced in Naples. They just confirmed the witch hunt. The agenda was to get rid of him from day 1 and it should shock no one. The same influential figures from 2006 are still around now.

All considered this means nothing anyway. Moggi is likely too old to attempt a comeback and if he were to attempt one it wouldn’t be with Juve since the Elkann clan wouldn’t allow it. He’ll appeal and it will make more sporadic headlines for the coming years and eventually it may even be overturned but what difference will it make? The guy isn’t 35 anymore. Whether he works in football again is of little concern. What matters to us is that the team’s name be cleared and the Naples trial is far more crucial in that regard.

One thing is for certain…Juventus will do nothing. I am 100% convinced that Elkann and Montezemolo toasted today’s decision and are happier than can be.

The sad thing is that Anti-Juventini will now think they have an argument because they are all too stupid to realize that he was banned based on discredited evidence from 5 years ago. Oh well, the mother of stupidity is always pregnant.

They wouldn't give a shit and neither does Juve's board. You guys need to be realistic. The team got sold out.

I couldn't give a fuck if the Elkanns were involved or not or if Moratti / TIM / Pirelli are sponsoring us... I couldn't give a fuck if we got shafted I am talking about the fans using their power to do something about it...

If football is controlled by money and the consumer is GOD then 18 million of them in Italy alone have power! 100+ million worldwide surely have power! If the 18 million Juventini in Italy publicly demand something be done and the media jump on it things will start to happen...

Just like this whole farce steam rollered from media frenzy we can start something to fight back!

If the Juventini state clearly they will show no support for the club by not attending any games and actually do so for 1 or 2 games unless they fight to get back their Scudetti, believe me the club hierarchy will shit themselves. They will be falling over themselves getting lawyers to file claims and appeals in every court across Italy & Europe within a week or two!

As far as the FIGC are concerned if 18 million people stop putting money into their pockets by not buying merchandise or paying to watch matches on TV that is probably 30% of their income shut off. It won't take long for those money sucking cunts to realise they need to appease us!

As I previously said we make it clear in advance we are not willing to financially support Italian football or Juventus in advance and they see the money missing from their balance sheets they will be jumping through hoops in no time. TV rights are paid for by sponsorships. Sponsorships / Advertising rates are based on figures. The figures are made by the fans hard earned money.

It is very simple as Moratti has shown... money talks....

    gsol,

Any idea why he was "banned for life" now? What's changed, for them, since they initially handed out the five year sentence?
The initial charge was a 5 year ban with the potential for a lifetime ban which would have expired in the next couple of weeks so the cunts actually had the audacity to go through with it after all the new evidence that has emerged during the Naples trial!

Ridiculous! They obviously feared Moggi's wrath if he was back in action again...

How can they stop this going to European courts?
I don't think there would be any jurisdiction as it is a sporting matter. Then again as long as the lawyers can cite a Human Rights infringement then I am sure they could...

Seeing as a fucking burglar can use the European courts to get out of jail early to look after his kids then why the fuck can't Moggi ask for these lies that are stopping him earning a living be overturned?

That's the beauty of the EU, if your own country's judiciary branch fails, there is then something higher than that and much more unbiased.

Take it to the EU, start fresh with a clean slate. If necessary...take the Federation to FIFA and let Abete explain to Platini/Blatter why all this evidence that clears Moggi and Juventus of crimes why Moggi all of the sudden get's banned for life and returning the trophies to Juventus gets brushed under the rug.

I feel like this is so blatantly obvious it's ridiculous. I really don't think Juve should care of FIFA punishes the league. We paid our dues and FIFA should recognize we took our punishment, served it, and said not a peep. The next thing IMO FIFA should punish the federation/league now and/or make them pay Juve retribution to make it even steven.

FIFA is a hardliner as they have the entire world watching their decision making processes. If they were to let it slip in Italy then every other country is going to know they can act in such a manner as the Italians and nothing will happen to them.

Sooner or later, someone is going to get tired of this shit in the Serie A and will step in and say enough is enough.

I liken this to Major League Baseball...with the MLB was charged with steroids and such substances Congress was given the right to jump in and take control of the investigations, etc. Why the FUCK can't the EU/FIFA do it?

it was 14 mln before Calciopoli, and dropped to 12mln after

it is not 18 for sure

    @ adriano_c
the first sentence was 5 years ban with the possibility of life-time ban to be discussed

now I think they was preparing for this (life-time ban) or at least they wanted to still have some authority (threatening) to play with.

I would not care about Moggi as apparently he is history, and have no future at the club whatsoever happened.
but this will be an indicator that also we will never get anything back and at least not in the near future.

Unfortunately our board is a bunch of pussies that voluntarily are bending over and taking it in the ass.

FIGC has made sure that people who care about this club and have the authority to lead it to glory, are all held far far away from it.

What a ridiculous ruling, surely showing the absolute fear they have of Moggi being back in football.

The FIGC is slowly but surely destroying Italian football. Look at how badly it has fallen from grace in the last 5 years or so.

Like I said a few days ago, they don't have the Wold Cup to save them anymore.

Fifa is as corrupt as FIGC, if not more. First thing that would happen would be a nice, fat check by Moratti to Blatter.

And Elkann wouldn't outbid Moratti's bribe because he doesn't give a shit about Juve.
