It looks like it... they are awaiting official confirmation...

I can't fucking believe they are going to just keep on with this shit even though it has been proved beyond discussion the decisions made in 2006 are wrong.

Not only are they wrong but other's were doing doing far worse still and many others were doing the same...

But that is all irrelevant and only Juve and their men and a couple of others have to bear the blame!!!

What fucking planet are they on???!!!!!!

If 'the system' carries on this path then Juve will end up paying hundreds of millions of Euros in compensation to every man and his dog that has an interest in Italian Football!!!

FOR FUCKS SAKE IT MAKES ME SO ANGRY THAT THE WHOLE WORLD THINKS WE ARE CHEATING LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!

We are 5 years behind schedule. If this ban is held up, they need to go to the European courts and hit them where it hurts. They should have done this in 2006.

Fucking pussies. Once this hits the EU then all of Europe will be watching. Why does the FIGC seek this kind of negative publicity? Unbelievable.

Rumours going around that Moggi, Giraudo and Mazzini will be banned for life from the FIGC. They were waiting for this decision for years and apparently this will be the FIGC's decision. Moggi and cie would go to other courts.
also is it true that Moggi is preparing a transcripts that were neglected or never shown before to his defense.

What is going next Tuesday?

is it true that Juventus sent its lawyer to the trail with a report of 140 pages?
editor at Calcio GP Luca Momblano said this to JC

but I don't know what exactly is it? the FIGC trail or Napoli trail?

Are those possible bans related to ongoing trial in Napoli?
no, it's basically to make sure Moggi doesn't come back in football soon.

also is it true that Moggi is preparing a transcripts that were neglected or never shown before to his defense.

That's what I heard but who know what will happen.

I think next week they say if they keep or release(for no good reason) the judge Casoria in the Napoli trial.

The FIGC.

anyway, they based their decision on want they had in 2006 and nothing about what's going on in the Napoli trial.

This decision can still be appealed.

The important date is the 28th(?) for when they'll decide to keep or release judge Casoria.
