He said he wasn't innocent. A few months ago when Calciopoli 2 was beginning to brew the idea of that either "everyone is guilty" or "everyone is innocent". I don't think it's that black & white anymore. The way the trial is going I don't see where Moggi was guilty. Sure, he played dirty but that's a part of business and it also reflects on how the industry is run but he didn't do anything to warrant a ban or revocation of our scudetti or a demotion.
You got referee's and the referee designator coming out and saying that they weren't influenced. So how can Moggi be guilty of that?

He is innocent of art. 6 infractions. He isn't innocent of art. 1 infractions. When people here talk about Moggi being innocent it's about the art. 6 allegations which sent Juventus till Serie B and robbed the club from their titles.
