I dont understand one thing.
How can Moggi be innocent?
He's not innocent, they just blamed everything on him and only punished him and Juve, there were phone calls involving Moggi but he was doing nothing compered to the other scum bags

2006 we were dominating Italian football, we were winning without spending big money and we were also making money off the pitch and with the new stadium coming more money would of been coming in and we had little debt compared to the other big teams.

Certain Milan teams weren't happy about this so they decided to take out one man and destroy a club.

its annoying every time you think about the truth and how merda clubs runaway and turned it all on moggi. disgrace.

and whats more annoying is UEFA and media silence on this new(old) evidence that coming out.

Andrea Agnelli should appeal no matter what the results of the trial in Naples, i wouldn't stop appealing until i get all people involved in juve punishment.

If you still believe this then you've learned nothing. You can say he wasn't an angel but he did nothing that requires a ban or that Juve be punished.

If Moggi was innocent, and he knew he was innocent, why did he quit his job as a director? Why didn't he keep his job and use his position to defend himself and the club?

Wasn't he removed? In any case, why didn't Juve defend itself? Besides, what do you think Moggi's been doing for the last 4 years if not defending himself?

Isn't that what Capitano meant Ze?
He said he wasn't innocent. A few months ago when Calciopoli 2 was beginning to brew the idea of that either "everyone is guilty" or "everyone is innocent". I don't think it's that black & white anymore. The way the trial is going I don't see where Moggi was guilty. Sure, he played dirty but that's a part of business and it also reflects on how the industry is run but he didn't do anything to warrant a ban or revocation of our scudetti or a demotion.

You got referee's and the referee designator coming out and saying that they weren't influenced. So how can Moggi be guilty of that?

I think it comes down to morality vs law. You can call him guilty of being dirty; morally corrupt but did he actually break any rules?

Probably not, but the fact that he 'plays dirty' doesn't make him 'innocent' (by this I mean completely clean) because it's a dirty business. We definitely did not deserve the purgatory or anything that came our way.

According to the law? I'm no expert but I think as long as no laws are broken he is innocent.

Wasn't he removed?
He resinged.

Franco Carraro resigned from the presidency of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), the body responsible for selecting Italy's FIFA World Cup national team, on 8 May. Juventus' entire board of directors resigned on 11 May, Moggi resigned shortly after Juventus won the 2006 Serie A championship on 14 May. On the Borsa Italiana, Italy's stock market, Juventus shares had lost about half their 9 May value as of 19 May.[17]
In any case, why didn't Juve defend itself?
Juventus was the victim.

Besides, what do you think Moggi's been doing for the last 4 years if not defending himself?
He is just proving that he wasn't the only one who made phone calls with refs.

How can Moggi be innocent?
He is innocent of art. 6 infractions. He isn't innocent of art. 1 infractions. When people here talk about Moggi being innocent it's about the art. 6 allegations which sent Juventus till Serie B and robbed the club from their titles.

In regards to the art. 1 infraction, an example is when Moggi and Giraudo visited the referees lockeroom after the game against Reggina and yelled at Paparesta for his preformance. It is allowed to visit the lockeroom before and after the games, though strictly forbidden duringe halftime. But it is not allowed, in anytime, to disrespect the refs.

If you know swedish, this article would have helped you: http://calciopoliskandalen.wordpress.com/2010/10/26/facchettopoli-vem-var-varst/

But I guess you dont know the language. Google Translate?
