yeah but that will clear juventus name.

the figc decision will be the most important one because its them who will decide on inter? or other clubs/directors/owners corruption. right?
It will clear Juve's name but I guess that's why he said "a very small part of me".

If Moggi does win the trial, they need some to do some hardcore rebuilding. They better appoint new members and start from scratch. Their reputation is already in the shithole. But it is Italy so nothing will probably happen

btw, Tavaroli(the one who spied for inter) didn't show up. :sigh:
That had my attention too. How can he get away with simply not showing up for a trial in which he was called as a witness without giving any excuse? He even publicly declared his intention not to answer the call without giving a fuck about the court or any consequences to his action.

If he gets away with that then it's a sign to what we should expect from this court.

Nope. The ban was coming to an end and the story of him joining Juve again filled Italian papers so a sudden decision to lengthy his ban for another year was dropped from above.

It isn't a bad thing if Tavorili or however you spell his name, didn't show up today. All it means I guess is that its one less person that "could" testify against ust too. Even if he was brought in to be question he could always lie. So, the way we should look at it is by him not showing up only strengthens our argument that there never really was anything concrete against us in the first place, otherwise why would someone deliberately not show up?

We got this nigga's!

It's only a good thing if that guy's absence will be questioned for and taken into account otherwise it's a sign of how shitty and useless this court is. For our sake I hope it's the first.

Moggi was banned. His ban ends at the beginning of next year(?) and he might go to Palermo together with Lippi (our famous duo). That's why I was hoping we'd get Pastore on the cheap...:xfinger:
When Juventus appointed Agnelli as the new president, the FIGC responded by giving Moggi a life time ban.

How can we be compensated for what happened to us? What of the fact that Inter has been running around winning Serie A for the past 4 years not to mention the Champions League? Even if we get our titles back and an appropriate number for cash compensation can be given I can't see what sort of justice will actually be just.

The best we can hope is Inter's title being revoked and left unassigned. Anything else that would be good for Juve would ultimately be hugely damaging to Serie A as a whole. It will not happen. No Scudetti back, no compensations.

Indeed. Those scudetti were important at the time, but now after so many years if you revoke the one Inter was assigned by the court it doesn't change the fact of their uncontested run after that.

According to Goal.com, the court said that the final hearing will be next week on teh 23rd.
That's not what goal reported. The report said that 23rd would be the last day that the court would hear the testimonies of witnesses. The goal report said that they then will hear from the accused. It's drawing to an end, yes, but not quite the end yet.

if the titles get revoked, I would be happy. it's been years but what upsets me most is for the Juve players who won the title on the pitch and to see it go to Merda. If they're not returning it, leave it unassigned.
