I still couldn't understand why they are still messing with Italian courts if there is Court of Arbitration for Sport which deals with those issues and is more or less independent?
I think they want to go there only in emergency case. My question is are 200 mils enough as a compensation? We started chasing the losses back in the days with 100 mils raise of capital and could not cover shit. That is without players losses, reputation damages, interest ...
We need a hattrick here, a win would not suffice. Titles + appology + compensation >200 mils, just to get where we were a few years ago! Man, when I think of it, I remember what a hell of a team we had back then and this somehow belittles current success.

We get the titles back from the FIGC and hit another court for retribution as Mark said for damages we paid as a result of the farce.

We will get what's ours, I'm almost positive. We might not get everything but I have a feeling we will get most of it.

Done deal this already...if only it were as easy as the Dzeko deal. :snoop:

This has probably been asked a thousand times on this thread so my apologies - but..

Why did Juventus not defend themselves strongly in 2006? This can easily be seen as a kind of admittance of guilt?

FIFA on Wednesday threatened to suspend World Cup champion Italy and all Italian clubs from international competition should Juventus appeal to a civil court, prompting the Italian soccer federation's warning.
Not to mention the impact an appeal would have had on the start of the serie a season or which teams participated in UEFA competitions.

Getting our titles back in spring, and winning the league for the 30th time at the end of the season. Now that's being optimistic....... or just plain crazy.:p
