Just a little while back, Juve posted a message on the website saying that we would follow everything that's happening and, if necessary, take some steps (whatever that might mean). Now how is that different from what Lazio is claiming?

Moggi is already in Civil Court but that doesn’t mean that their decisions will be imposed on the FIGC or that the FIGC would even reopen the case. A fair court would and too many people here still think it is a fair and legitimate court.

I agree with GSOL....this is gonna go nowhere. The only sliver of hope we may have is that more teams join us in the fight. I really doubt it would happen though. I know Lazio are asking for compensation. Roma fans are upset at the ref from the Sampdoria game that was a supposed Inter fan. Milan hate their neighbors. Maybe just then...UEFA or FIFA may take notice. Like I said though....fat chance that it hapens.
Here's what I don't understand. The trial that is taking place in Naples is receiving global media coverage. Every day it is being documented to the very last detail. I just don't see how, if Moggi's lawyers give strong enough evidence that would inescapably suggest that Juve was innocent or just as guilty as the rest, no one would take notice. If something were to come up that would strongly support Moggi's case, can FIGC just stand in the face of all the evidence and do nothing.
I don't see how that football governing bodies outside Italy would just stand aside with arms folded. It would be nothing less than scandalous.

They won't. That is it. No matter what comes up in Naples Juventus are not challenging anything at the FIGC, UEFA, FIFA, etc.
You guys read what Elkann said. They are requesting that Inter be stripped of the 2006 title. This means that if that is granted (in my opinion already agreed upon by all parties including Inter) they will file this away and that will be it.
You guys think that Juventus want the financial compensation but you haven't figured out yet that they aren't requesting it. Maybe (strictly hypothetical) they've already been told that if Telecom or Inter are made to pay hundreds of millions of Euros to Juve that it will just come out of the money that Ferrari get through Telecom's sponsorship. Or some other financial aggreement they have. They are all in bed together.
We can't know everything but I know one thing, these last couple of weeks were pretty revealing and so were the last few years. A group of owners that felt jaded and wanted justice would have sought it out by now. They haven't.
What we get from the Naples trial is the satisfaction of being able to say that we were right. I think it ends there. Yesterday's announcement really opened my eyes. The FIGC is rotten and Juve is cool with it.
