I think this thread needs to shift gears. Bringing up stale and outdated accusations against Moggi are a waste of thread space by now especially with all the info that has emerged post-calciopoli. Moggi and his lawyers have done well in civil court to discredit all those claims and now we are looking at a very different case.

For the record Tulio MiLanese (as he was commonly refereed) was Berlusconi’s man. He is a Milanista and even helped Berlusconi campaign politically.

So now the tables are turned...all these other clowns have to prove their innocence because they're finding themselves in knee deep pile of mud slowly as this current trial goes on.

Moggi's lawyers are probably pissed he said that. Clearly the wiretaps coming out show more complexity than simply "all guilty" or "all innocent".

All guilty all innocent isn't realistic. Moggi saying that got blown out of proportion. I doubt he doesn't recognize that there are degrees of guilt.

He definitely is guilty of violating article 1 and I doubt anyone disputes that (even him). From the looks of things, everyone is guilty of violating article 1 (maintaining constant contact with designators) but the wires seem to be revealing more than that.

I think an impartial re-examination of all the evidence would still get Moggi punished which in my opinion is fine but once you take away the agenda of crippling him and Juve his punishment would become what it was supposed to be in the first place, brief suspension maybe and fines. That being said, everyone would get punished for that with varying levels of fines and suspensions.

Inter or others getting relegated could are possible theoretically if Article 6 violations are found in their calls which were not found in Moggi’s four years ago.

Saying "all guilty or all innocent" is flawed because it depends on the assumption that all the calls were the same. From the looks of things they were not.

Is the media news about lost evidence again is true? Or is it just another media buzz? I don't believe the news actually because it seems so stupid. I agree. The problem here is why these "new" transcripts/phone conversations didn't show up 4 years ago? We all have our assumptions and they might be right but THAT'S SCANDALOUS!!! If they judged all the Moggi, Facchetti and company's calls in 06 it would have been clear there was no cupola so the sentence for Juve would have been much more light and we wouldn't be lying in mediocrity for 4 years.
