so in the end they'll probably clear Moggi from most charges, our board pressured by our fans will want our scudetti back and inter will only get a slap on the hand while we suffered Serie B and humiliating seasons while doing the same or even less than what they did.

agree but inter have been humiliating for many years, i cant remember how many times their season become mess like how its happening to us now, i just dont understand how they enjoyed being thieves in all the 4 years.

it doesnt matter what their decision on inter unless they give us back what they destroy thats the only justice not the perfect one but it will help us getting back to our ways again. hopefully

but i cant deny how much i prefer to see inter in Serie B :smoke:

thats what I can see happening, some how inter will get away with it and we will still be the only ones that suffered because of this. If the judge has any balls then they will impose that same penalty that we got

If you want Inter to be punished then you have to admit that Moggi was also guilty, otherwise they are both and others innocent. You can't say that Moggi is innocent and Moratti is guilty, this is the definition of bias.
imo, if moggi is innocent, it not neccessary moratti and co are innocent too. they may get punish for tempering evidence and obstructing of law if they were to be found tempering them back in 2006. tbh, i find it strange why all the lost phonecalls were all from inter.

Even if we defend ''all innocent'', Moratti is guilty because of illegal phone tapping, bribing an investigator, tampering evidences, manipulating the court. These are organized crime and should be severely punished.

I'm not sure i even want Inter to go to serie B. I want us to get our Scudettos back, get a new coach and some good signings in the summer and start kicking Inter's ass again like we did for decades before.

yup all this "moggi is innocent" rubbish flying around misses many of the real valid points being raised here

It's not really that black and white. Compare what Moggi was found guilty of (that you agree with so vehemently) and compare it to what people like Fachetti, Galliani, etc. are accused of and may be found guilty of and put it on a scale.
moggi was guilty, but what is now becoming apparent is that he was not solely talking to Bergamo, etc, there was NO exclusivity as previously claimed and though he is not innocent it appears that there is a lesser degree of guilt than previously thought while other directors were attemtping to influence far more

Is there a better realistic option except for "all guilty" and "all innocent"?
yup,Moggi guilty but to a lesser extent,Inter being handed the same punishment that was handed to Juve, relegated, stripped of titles,Juve awarded damages,Palermo relegated too and Juve qualify for the CL by default:shifty:

but then i wake up and have to go clean myself up

I think an impartial re-examination of all the evidence would still get Moggi punished which in my opinion is fine but once you take away the agenda of crippling him and Juve his punishment would become what it was supposed to be in the first place, brief suspension maybe and fines. That being said, everyone would get punished for that with varying levels of fines and suspensions.

Inter or others getting relegated could are possible theoretically if Article 6 violations are found in their calls which were not found in Moggi’s four years ago.

Saying "all guilty or all innocent" is flawed because it depends on the assumption that all the calls were the same. From the looks of things they were not.
what really matter is taht Moggi quashes the theory of "exclusivity" in regards to his relationship and shows that in fact, other directors were up to far worse, then,no matter what Inter will have to be punished far more severely Kahn we were

That post was like your username missing a T instead of A. :p I want Inter to suffer (if it comes to it) like we did. So they can never boast about being the only club ever to play in Serie B. Im sure they'll still be in serie A next season as this is Italy the ''nation of cover ups''
