Well that's also what I have been saying lately, some members are thinking of death sentence to Moratti, getting half of Inter's squad for two old isses of Tuttosport, sending Inter to Serie D and so on....

I agree with Moggi working on the "all innocent" outcome and therefore I've been saying that nothing of what some are dreaming of will ever happen.

And I am sure that if the "all innocent" comes up, Juve will get their Scudetti back but they will not be financially compensated.
I agree but I also believe that if/when the verdict is 'innocent' we can file lawsuits for financial compensations
that means another trial but we would have a strong case ofcourse we will need a good verdict first

What is legally possible and what is likely to happen are two very different things.

In addition to "all innocent" outcome, the best scenario should be revelation on how lots of Inter's recordings were not shown during the previous trial.
After that, some compensation must be paid by Inter to all other clubs affected by previous trial.

11:59 AM BST Auricchio is getting extremely heated up as the examination continues...

11:45 AM BST The counsellor of the accused Nicola Penta has burst out in court: "There has been great negligence in this story: Can someone explain why there is no telephone call from when Moggi bought Vieira? Moggi was being followed and recorded and he knew it and so he protected himself with the Swiss sim cards. I think there needs to be more clarity on the case. I am about to denounce heavy threats I receieved since I have been doing this work doing this analysis which others should have done."

I don't buy that.
imo, this trial is about how come those phonecalls of inter went missing in 2006 and is not about how inter plot this calciopoli... and tbh, i dont think the court will ask inter to compensate. unless, they can find evidence of the the missing phonecalls got to do with inter and the investigator at that time. :)

Inter isn't on trial here it's Moggi
if there are other teams beside Juve involved that would only mean that they are all guilty or all innocent but I don't believe any of the other teams would be ordered to pay compensation to another 'involved' team
like I said earlier we can file another lawsuit for compensation if the outcome of this trial is positive for us

Not really, this trial is Moggi trying to clear hís name. To do that he had to involve other Serie A clubs that did the exact same things he did back then. No new teams will be penalised after the verdict nor guilty judged teams will be cleared.

However, the outcome of this trial might open the opportunity to other trials but that is not guaranteed either.

so what if they decide that everyone was guilty and not innocent?
that means we won't get our scudettos back but inter could face relegation`?

i still think nothing will come out of this atleast nothing good for us.. they won't give us anything back... the biggest thing to expect is taking the 2006 scudetto away from inter thats all
