Getting the scudetti back+punishing Inter isn't logical, is it?

If we get the scudetti back that will mean that we weren't guilty, which automatically will mean that Inter aren't guilty. If Inter are punished, then it will be a confirmation that what we did was also a punishable offence so the scudetti can't be given back to us.
That is how I see it, provided both clubs were doing much the same thing.
If that is the case then show me evidence against us.
What are we expecting tomorrow? Why is it the big day?
I think the trial just restarts, lawyers present their findings and then the next date is set. Not sure anything will be determined tomorrow.
If you are referring to the Roma scandal there isn’t much to it. Sensi bought Rolexes and other expensive gifts for all the referees, linesmen and designators in 2000 and admitted to it stating that they were for Christmas (apparently Christmas happens for Romanisti in September). He got a slap on the wrist fine and that was that. The league even did him a favour when Giraudo called Roma out on the fact that they had too many foreign players to be within league regulations. The league decided to increase the number of permitted foreigners in May which validated the Roma goal that Nakata scored against Juve weeks earlier and a month later Roma celebrated the scudetto with 2 points more than us.

Truth is nothing would happen to Roma then because they are “owned” by Sensi who is owned by Capitalia (bank) through massive debts. The joke over there is that Sensi doesn’t even really own the socks on his feet. At the time Carraro was the president of the FIGC and was simultaneously on the board of directors at Capitalia so he had a personal interest in keeping Roma as profitable as possible.

On a side note Lazio is also partially owned by Capitalia through their financing of Lotito’s assets and that may explain Carraro’s demands to Bergamo in the 2006 wiretaps where he says “for Lazio you call the penalty even if it isn’t there!” They were battling in the relegation zone at the time. Sounds like a Pro Juve league to me.
Your knowledge of all of this scares me.:anon:

Love the posts though.

hate to burst your bubble guys but if inter, milan or roma get indited it will not result in juventus gaining anything... why? because juventus cheated and the court case will not clear them of that but rather if successful prove that they werent the only ones doing it... that is all... being an inter fan and italian football fan i would like to see the 05/06 scudetto getting revoked from inter, so we could no longer be known as paper champions.. and the calciopoli become dead and buried once and for all.... if any teams go down for this italian football will die and will become lower than Portugal's shitty ass league...

Investors will not pay money to watch Napoli and Fiorentina and Juventus battle for a Scudetto... italy would lose its coefficients for sure as no team in the league now, besides inter, could stand up to any other top team... in fact even the teams in the europa league were crap, imagine em in the champions league....

I don't want Inter to go down the league is weak enough without the best team going down. We would only make a rod for our own back in the coefficent. I hate to say it but Inter have actually restored some pride in Europe this season.

Give us the titles back and compensation and I would be overjoyed
Not punishing Inter would clearly show the rules are not applied equally. This is exponentially more damaging to the reputation of serie a than the dropping of some trivial coefficient points.

If Inter are guilty, they deserve their punishment. They should not be able to escape justice for the "good of serie a", as they had absolutely no problem dragging calcio through the mud 4 years ago to gain an advantage.

So what do the Juve fans want, "all guilty" or "all innocent"? :D
Both are pretty tempting. Well, "all innocent" isn't too tempting unless we're talking about huge compensation. Only a huge amount of money can heal the wounds from these last 4 years. We indeed went through hell and if we're proven innocent it will hurt even more.
But "all guilty" won't mean much if Inter get a Milan-like punishment and they get the paper scudetto taken off+ some idiotic point deduction that will still allow them to play CL.

I fear that whatever happens we lose. If it's all innocent they'll make it in such way not to pay big compensation to Juve and giving us the scudetti back certainly won't mean much considering what we went through in these last years. If it's all guilty, then Inter will probably get the same punishment Milan got back in 2006 and it will mean shit to us.
I would choose depends on the punishment which they will give to Inter or compensation we will get. If the result is all guilty, what do you think about Inter scudetto after 2006, 3 scudetto (2007, 2008, 2009)? Will it be stripped off like our scudetto in 2005 and 2006?

If i remember correctly, the Moggi call tapes was on 2004/2005 season, but yet they revoked our scudetto for 2 years (in 2006 also). Now, Moratti and Facchetti tapes was on 2004/2005 too, right? So how about the later scudetto they got? I don't think the competition was valid back then because they become so strong and won the championship because the partial decision about Calciopoli that relegated us

If the punishment is relegating Inter, stripped off all the scudetto they get since 2006, like they punished us. I would choose this, that everyone is guilty

Can you please provide me with a link of the transcript or the audio file.

Thanks a million.

That's what I've been saying since page 1 of this thread yet I was called an Inter fan at numerous occasions.

since its all innocent or all guilty, the best thing for juve is all innocent which should result in giving back both scudetti.
but then there is the financial damage. FICG wont pay a dime and they will blame it on rossi alone not the whole FICG.
IMHO, all teams damaged by calciopoli should request tax incentives to compensate for the losses as cash wont be an option. the amount and period of these incentives should counter the point deductions and relegation of 2006 for each team.

Well, you were wrongly called such names because what you said is logical.
And you know what else is logical? Moggi's point is to prove "All innocent". He gets absolutely nothing if "All guilty" wins. His punishment will be confirmed once again and personally he gets shit if Inter are punished. He wants "all innocent" and "No Calciopoli existed" to win so his name will be cleared and directly, Juve's name will be cleared. Also, I'm assuming there will be material compensation.
So, if someone here thinks that Inter will be punished, then have in mind that it's surely not what Moggi is aiming at.
