There is a Juventino within the Inter forum and the way Luka behaves makes me sick. Soooo sleazy this guy..
He has a certain logic - that Inter calls are all 'innocent', 'within the legal frame' - but Moggi, even with LESS calls had the system in control? I , for one, may have not read ALL there is regarding this whole trial, but might summon it best with moggi's words: "either everyone is guilty or everyone is innocent" or sth.
That is apart from the moment one of the parties makes a trial against the other and also use 1/2 the evidence available.

He can say whatever he wants because the court will make the final decision.

did that reminds you of 2006, when capello left juve for real madrid of calciopoli? :D:D:D
And they say there isn't universal justice. Karma. :shifty:
I really hope something like that happens. When I think of it I might even support Mourinho in Spain(although I dislike his character). And then there are at least a dozen players with larger than his ego and salaries in Real that would be OFF.
Benzema, Ramos(Maicon) - here you come.

I thought he is supposed to play the role of a moral compass or sth... I don't know - I am a NOOB, but isn't this the whole thing with the stars and ranks on the left side of the page?
And he is as fake as they get these days - he doesn't even bother to delete some of his old posts that confront and display certain changes within this 'legal-framework' of his. I can sum it up that he has one constant - whatever happens the only truth is that Inter are not guilty - and I haven't seen exactly the same here - which I admire( 000, ok I admit it!)

Probably it has been mentioned already, but I went through the last ~30 pages (I love juventuz off-topic discussions, but reading the last 30 pages was seriously tough :D ) and I couldn't find anything about this:
- Is it known how did Moggi get his hands on these phone calls?
I guess this is the story :

The calciopoli archive contains about 171000 Wiretapes and legaly accessible, which some of them were transcripted for 2006. Since Moggi never had the chance to defend himself in sport area back then, now in civil court of Napl should defend himself as a criminal.Moggi, now sent his lawyers to listen to these archives and they listened to about 30000 wiretapes which were mostly bergamo's calls (in and out). And they found these intresting ones, I guess they even found some wiretapes that in 2006 have been told that they are missed !

So, Moggi and his lawyers now trying to say first, why those investigators and people who transcripted wiretapes for court back in 2006 never consider these ones for calciopoli and just those which were related to juve ? second, If this is what all the teams are doing, either everyone is guilty, or everyone is innocent.

And this is from ESPN :

Moggi wants to rewrite history

Luciano Moggi, the disgraced former Juventus director, has claimed there was no match-fixing during the infamous Calciopoli.

Moggi will appear in court on Tuesday in Naples for another hearing on the match-fixing scandal that devasted Italian football in 2006.

Various top clubs were accused of influencing referee appointments to ensure favourable officials were assigned to their matches. Moggi, however, denies anything like this ever happened.

Speaking to Gold Sport, he said: "At the trial in Naples we are showing that there was never any plot and the teams always won for the values they showed on the pitch, and that referees are humans and make mistakes."

"I say that everyone is innocent because that [calling referees] was a common thing. And it was the same designators who asked us to call them."

"Everyone called everyone," was Moggi's assertion.

I'm not sure where the data came from but someone had this information for two years, there is 500Gb worth of data and his defense team paid €25,000 for it.

Abete: 'Forza Inter!' Monday 12 April, 2010

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FIGC President Giancarlo Abete is fully backing Inter in their European campaign and is also incredibly entertained by the Scudetto race.

Abete told the Press how good it is for calcio to have such an exciting finale but he also hopes this won't undermine the Nerazzurri's European challenge.

“Inter are an exceptional team,” said Abete.

“Their potential is incredible and they are still in all tournaments. We must be proud of the Nerazzurri because they are the only Italian club left in Europe.

“Inter are defending that little margin which put us ahead of Germany in order not to lose the fourth place in the Champions League."

Regarding Serie A, Abete is also very excited at how things have turned out.

“Indeed, it is a thrilling finale,” he claimed.

“It is a beautiful campionato, open to all results. Starting from Friday we will have so many important games.

“I didn't honestly expect Roma to do that well. They had a really bad start and then came out of nowhere. Congratulations to their Coach.

“Claudio Ranieri has done an incredible job both tactically and mentally.”

What the hell, did I miss all the fun?

Anyway, I think Gsol is great in this thread, he brings a lot of news to us. SoloJuve too. Too bad he got banned cause he brought us a lot of new articles, although they were in Italian.
