If Italian courts calculate damages in the same way as English courts our award of cash will be astronomical.

They would have to give us money for

Players we sold, not at the price we sold them for but their true value.

Loss of Champions league money

Loss of money for being in B instead of A

T.V revenue

Defamation of our club in public.

Court + Litigation fees
 but don't forget that we lost a small fortune in sponsorship too!

Calciopoli was created by moRATti to demote Juve, penalise :inter: 's other rivals and have inter win successive scuddetti by the manipulation of referees from within FIGC. He has plotted this for years and done this since 2006. If the courts in Italy were fair, they would recognise this, compensate all the teams penalised (and Juve's scuddetti returned to them). They would (should) then punish inter, moRATti, Rossi, Tronchetti, Abate, Ferramosca and all officials who participated in fixing matches in inter's favour since 2006.

:shifty:

I don't see it happening though! :frown:

Just like solojuve1897, he is the example of true Juve fanaticism.
Yes. And you're a good example of a lost sheep with no logic. A true "Moggipoli" propagandist, like the other lost sheeps in the world. Working hard to get "in line" and repeting what "mainstream" calls "common sense" and "facts". A guy who is too scared to challenge such a thing because of your locked up mentality, eventually caused by your lack of intellect.

You are in other words a guy who would believe what the "mainstream" says if your own mother was in question and is blamed for being a thief. You would most certainly believe the newspapers and not your mother in this regard. That's a given.

In my opinion the chances of us getting back those scudetti are lower than Inter getting punished.

For them to give us back our scudetti:
- They apologize to Juventus --> Defamation case against the federation (will cost the federation money which may drag the things mentioned in previous posts, e.g. TV rights, Serie A and CL income PLUS additional money for image and brand quality devaluation)
- Giving us back the financial prize for winning the Scudetti
- Taking more money from Inter (2006 financial prize) which I don't think Inter will be willing to pay since they are in debt and the only way Moratti can finance his purchases is through sales and plans and if he looses that he won't be able to take extra debt. Which will reflect on the possibility of Inter going bankrupt. Something that will simply not happen, Moratti is simply too politically connected for it to happen. The difference with us is that we had the financial means to pay whatever financial penalty was put upon us without going into huge debt.
Aw! Don't put a damper on my dream of seeing :inter: going the same way as Third Lanark! (Third Lanark was a Scottish team, but they went to the wall and the team no longer exists.)

It was his reward from Elkann for getting rid of Juve's triad.

That's what lumber-jacks from Göteborg do, unlike the bright Palestinians that live in Malmö and study. Did you find more evidence that Inter sent Juve to Serie B and still not able to understand a word of it because it's written in Italian?

uh-oh its turning into a pissing contest again....guys cool it

just a little sidenote to anyone who may be interested. lets imagine, just for arguments sake Calciopoli NEVER happened,do you think we would be in any worse shape?
put simply,La Triade was being disbanded anyway before this broke, imagine if we still had the same clowns in charge and they were solely responsible for dragging us down this far anyway......there is a possibility that may have happened anyway

We might have had a decline, but not as deep as the one we have suffered. (We would still have easily been in the CL instead of stuggling to qualify.) However, we would have still won the 2006/7 scudetto and got our third star if Calciopoli hadn't happened because we had the strongest squad.

moRATti knew that and it p***ed him off! That's why he had us relegated: - to break up our team.

I wish Italy were not so corrupt! I'd love to see moRATti burn!

Which would bankrupt the league, which is why any damages Juve may receive in the future would be likely to come from out of court negotiations.

the laws are the same for everybody...if they invented a penalty to punish juve, that "law" will be the same for inter too. So yeah, i have my hopes high.
you're right..this is all that i'm afraid of..corruption but if you think that a big club like juve with all it's influence didn't escape...and all the eyes of the world are on this trial, i'm sure there will be severe punishments. I just hope they won't be easy and gave -10 points at the start of the future championship or sth like that.

that's a possibility..
I like where your head is at. It's nice to see someone share some optimism here with me.
