OR?

4. . The companies and their executives, licensed, and the person referred to in paragraph 5, it is forbidden to maintain relations of habitual, or otherwise designed to achieve advantages in sports activity, with components of the organs of sporting justice and with members of the Italian Referees (AIA).

That's as close as a translation that I can get!

1) This should be called Martinopoli.

2) There seems to be more evidence against Inter than there ever was against us in 2006 so there should be no reason this should be any more difficult than it needs to be. Inter are guilty among some others. Its not that difficult when 170,000 phone conversations will say the same thing.

3) I love Dusan

The Italian football authorities are sending mixed messages out over a new Calciopoli investigation.

FIGC (Italian FA) president Giancarlo Abete has promised a review of the 2006 Calciopoli trial following new allegations in the current Calciopoli trial in Naples.

Reports suggest the 2006 trial which saw Juventus stripped of two Scudetti could be reopened. And Abete has confirmed that significant action could be taken.

"We will certainly speak about it, without a doubt, as it is part of my role as the president of the FIGC," Abete told the press as reported by Il Corriere Dello Sport.

The new revelations from Naples allege that Inter president Massimo Moratti had spoken to the then referee designator Paolo Bergamo.

However, president of the AIC (Italian Footballers Association), Sergio Campana, feels a new investigation into Calciopoli will not take off.

"Nothing has been opened. A new Calciopoli? Please..." he told the press.

Its the Italian FA that is cunt and the whole Italian justice system too.
That's why I am sure nothing will happen, neither Juve will get back the Scudetti nor Inter will be relegated nor any other team will be penalised. It's just media bullshit as they thought it was what boosted the Azzurri for a World Cup four years ago.

If it's going to be proven that everyone was guilty then it's sort of a bummer. If it's going to prove that Juve got no priority/had any advantage over other teams then I'm happy because that leads me to believe that we'll have a better chance of getting our scudetti back, a compensation, and our honor.

first of all whats so funny about jube?????
secondly if roma receive the scudetto or someone else its a proven point that the "honest club" are guilty... they shoudl have their asses send to serie b......
so moratti only talked to fachetti and co? and they ask themselves whats wrong with that???? just cause they did not win anything back than doesn'T mean they did not cheat.....
i am not saying we did nothing wrong..... as far as i know moggi did something wrong but moratti and co did the same... so they should all be punished the same way
The Inter fans are so pathetic. How can Moggi's call is worse than Facchetti and Moratti calls. Count the number of the calls, the content of the calls (Facchetti and Moratti even try to threat the referee and assistant, fix matches, and called the referee).. They must be stupid just to ignore the facts

As for Inter always act as a victim. Up till now, they still feel that way, even after they get scudetto. You can see how Mou, their fans, Moratti moaning a lot every time referee has decision against them (in Roma game, for example too), and cry baby blaming everyone when they get a draw or loss.. Might be the loser mentality are permanently in their DNA.. There is no other club as pathetic as Merda
